Horrible service!! Today is the last time I'll be going thru the drive thru. Waiting 10-13 minutes every day is un called for. Today the top on my coffee was off and coffee spilled all over my work pants. Never ever again!!

Inside is great, food great. Employees are awesome. It's definitely a good Dukin location. Unfortunately, the drive-through STINKS! SUPER SMALL/TIGHT.

This was my absolute favorite place to go and get my coffee in the morning before a long day. The reason this location WAS my favorite was because of the speediness of the early morning crew (Taya, Darren, Darell). They made me laugh at 0515hrs. They were upbeat. They were NICE. As you can see by the photo, I have more ice than coffee. It took me twelve (12) minutes to get through the drive-through. I had a mobile order, so to make things worse, my order wasn't ready when I got to the window, I had no utensils or napkins, and whomever was on that headset needed a lesson in etiquette and an adjustment in their tone. I get that it's early in the morning, and you are tired. However, YOU are not the only one on their way to work. It's sad because I used to go out of my way for this Dunkin, and now I will be redeeming my points for rewards and closing my account.

Waited over 30 minutes to place an order. I sat at the microphone waiting to place my order for 10 minutes. The car in front of me also waited about 10 minutes before being able to place an order. Even during peak hours this would be a ridiculous wait but it’s currently very slow in the middle of the afternoon. No clue what the employees are doing inside. Must be mashing each coffee bean individually by hand. In total I waited 45 minutes for 2 coffees and 10 donut holes. Get your coffee elsewhere if you value your time.

I have been waiting in the drive through to order for over 30 minutes. The worker said “one moment please” and I asked “are you ready?” after waiting over 15 minutes. They repeated “one moment please” and have yet to take my order.

Friendly staff and Quick positive experience. I would've rated it a 5 but my bacon had absolutely no heat. It was cool to touch. Some may like cold baconHowever, I do not.

I got there at 4 48 pm , I waited for a few mins but found out they are closed . They are suppose to be open until 7 pm . Even on internet it says open

Guy who took my order in the drive-thru was awesome, he was patient, courteous, and helpful! The young woman who cashed us out at the window didn't say two words to us and I thanked her three times once for every item she handed to me...I got nothing back ...kinda ruined the good that the big guy did...sometimes people's smallest reactions can make a big difference.

I like this one because it’s got a fast drive through and you don’t block up a road. Staff was fast and they got my order right. Have been here many times and will continue to come back when in ROC.Parking: Plenty of parking in front.
