I’ve had other food but we ordered their botón creme donuts and somehow they forgot to fill every single donut with filling. Made it up by letting us get anything we wanted for free which was nice.

I want to applaud Dave and his partner who had to deal with a very befuddled customer who was just rambling and making things very complicated and confused placing her order. They were very patient with her while I stood there at least 10 minutes waiting for my turn. Ideally they should have opened a second till to deal with me but maybe that wasn't possible. I applaud Dave to recognize how frustrating this situation was and he gave me a very generous discount. I didn't even bring it up. It's rare for young employees to have this kind of maturity.

I ordered ahead for a 7:05a pickup and my ticket didn't come through. Not the first time. Any other time, I showed them I ordered and they just made it. When I got there, I waited and an employee who has been there for years, asked what my name was. I said it. They looked for my order and couldn't find it. I showed them what my order was. The employee stated they couldn't make me one as the manager would get upset and the employee was holding back tears. I told the employee, it's ok, I'll just reorder. The employee then went to the restroom to gather theirself. As I stood in line to order my coffee, the manager, purple hair woman, then yelled out to the crew and in front of customers, ' did that employee let anyone know they were leaving their station.' Knowing the situation that occurred and being a boss myself, that was extremely unprofessional of the manager. Also, not one crew member responded to the manager and that just shows no one respects her. As someone that teaches prevocational skills, we always teach fix what is wrong. As a customer, not my fault my ticket didn't come through. It should have been made right, right then and there with the managers encouragement. Also, this whole fiasco/toxic work environment made me late to work as I had to wait to reorder my coffee, which ended up being made wrong. Coming to poorly managed places makes me want to spend my money elsewhere.

Terrible. 8 people working, they only work one order at a time. Manager was oblivious. Took over 20 minutes for bagel bites and hash browns. Terrible.

0 stars if i could. Cold sandwhich. Threw a piece of unmelted cheese on sandwhich. Egg was disgustingly cold. Wait was extremely long and had to repeat order.

it was terrible. Customer service was trash didn't respect the customers they can't be nice and we asked for a hot chai latte and they gave us a cold one and they were like we can't make it any hotter. and then we were like well like what are we supposed to do? We asked for a hot latte and then they were like we could give you a refund like what? Well so it's terrible don't go.

Dunkin donuts on lake avenue is by far my favorite Dunkin. ill start by saying, if you dont like your job...dont work there. this dunkin has the worst employees. i have come across 2 that actually treat you like a human. rude and abrupt! then the last two times the doors were locked and only drive thru was available..20 cars deep.. why are you closed?? no sign..you just force people to get out of the cars and pull on the door like idiots. i guess this place needs a better flow and a employee over haul.
