Twice now, I have received arrangements that were sad looking. I cannot believe the amount that people have spent thinking they are getting me a lovely gift...I haven't had the heart to tell them these were awful. They weren't arrangements at all...just fruit and brownies (?) on a wooden tray with what looks like a napkin. The second one had flowers in it with no water. ??? Shameful.

Need to update their website and schedule!!!..on the website it say it closes at 6pm…I get off work at 5 and rushed to the edible arrangements in Greece and Monroe!!!..just to off lights and closed doors!..smh..ruin my surprise and anniversary gift!!…🙄🙄🙄

Needed to order a last minute gift today. Google hours and the store's website says they open at 8am. I showed up at 8:40am and the store was closed. Posted hours on the door showed an opening time of 9am so I ran an errand and came back at 9:09. Store was still not opened. Why waste people's time if you don't plan to stick to your own business hours?

The fruit arrangement was delivered to the wrong address. The cantaloupe was dried out and very tough. I ended up throwing it away!
