Wanted to write a review because I felt it was warranted. I was conflicted between a 4 star and a 5 star review. My wife needed to rent a car and recently changed her name after we got married, which had not yet been reflected on our credit card. Because the name on the card was different than her license, they wouldn't let her complete the rental. This caused a fairly major delay in both our travel plans for the day, and we were both visibly frustrated. They apologized and gave us a free upgrade, called the next day to make sure we were satisfied and even knocked a few bucks off the rental when she returned it. Wanted to knock a star off for not communicating to us that the card and license needed to match when we called in to book the rental, but all in all, I felt they rectified the situation to our satisfaction.

Horrendous experience. I reserved a vehicle over 7 months ahead of time. When the time of my trip came about my license was in renewal processing in my state of residence, which does have exceedingly long processing turn-around. Because I didn't have my new license they would no longer honor the reservation. When I made the reservation 7 months ago I provided ALL my license information, including the expiration date, so they were fully aware that the date my reservation started after the expiration date of my license. However, their online system didn't prevent me from making the reservation. This error is entirely theirs and all they kept saying was "sorry for the inconvenience". Enterprise didn't acknowledge or own the fact that the mistake was on their end. Reprehensible treatment. I'll NEVER use Enterprise again.

Showed up on time with a good car to get me around while my Jeep was in collision shop. Car was what I needed to keep myself and kid safe while waiting. Would recommend. They took care of everything with other parties' insurance company swiftly and professionally. Joseph was a pleasure working with you to do business through.

Car was decent enough.... could had been nicer without dings and scratches all over and left over food from previous rental BUT service itself was highly accommodating. Joseph was awesome. Made the rental process effortless.

Hello yes my name is Matthew Chisolm and I was recently doing business with one of your branches here in Rochester, NY on East Main and a manager there by the name Joe was a very wonderful person! He has a big heart and he's also very caring. He treats people like their family, not just a regular customer! I really appreciate that because he didn't know me from a hole in the wall and he still took care of me! That really meant allot to me! I would like to thank him and also thank Enterprise for finding such a great person

Enterprise Car Rental at the Rochester Airport (ROC) charged me $50 for gas on a returned vehicle back in June which was full! I have two forms of proof - the date/time stamped receipt from the gas station on Brooks Ave and a picture showing the needle slightly past full taken from the ROC airport garage, I always take a picture when I return a car. The vehicle was nice, but lost trust is rarely gained back. My $50 is being refunded.
