Anytime I've stopped by during work hours, it seems to be packed. I'd avoid coming between 11:30-1. If you do decide to show up between that time, be prepared to wait in line for up to 15 minutes with only 2 tellers working.

Poor Management of Parking lot poles. Many people accidentally hit them while parking. Be careful if your going first time.

Horrible bank they do not care about members I have been waiting for a call back for 16 hours now and I asked the lady why I have not recieved a call back and her response was "we do what we do" so they do not care about members

Have never had any issues with ESL in the 8 years I have been with them, whether that be customer service on the phone or at a branch. Until this location in Brighton-Henrietta area. Customer service was awful, ATM did not provide my cash withdrawal and then the slot proceeded to close without any cash being presented, however it did not fail to still remove it from my account. Jimmy, the “senior teller”, butted in and could not care less about the fact their ATM has zero indication that there is an issue with it and said there is a ticket put in. Oh. So it’s okay customers continue to waste their time and have to wait 10 business days to get their money back that they tried to withdrawal? Okay. Not pleased at all with this branch, they definitely do not stand up to the standards of this company in customer service skills. Extremely lacking. Fix your ATMs, and be courteous and NOTIFY customers before they waste their time and money.

Has been my bank for over 20 years and I still love it! Multiple banking options allowed for me to modernize this aspect of my life, and their customer service is on point!

Love ESL, hate this branch. The ATM glitched out and ate $140 while doing a cash deposit, displaying a message saying it could not return my cash. Went inside to speak with someone about the issue, bank tellers seemed basically annoyed by my problem. I was put in cue behind a dozen people opening checking accounts etc and made to wait an hour to meet with a relationship banker who proceeded to literally throw my bank card at me because of my “attitude.” She went on to tell me that she “wouldn’t trouble herself over $140,” which is really comforting to hear from the person responsible for locating my missing money. 5 days later I am still awaiting a resolution. Would not recommend.

I needed a Medallion signature guarantee for an investment and the ESL representative was extremely helpful, professional, and made me feel like a valued customer.

Very disappointed in the Loan Payment Solutions department. My friend is a developmentally disabled adult and her mother recently passed away. Her late mother had put her daughter on her vehicle thinking her daughter would have an asset in the vehicle upon her death, but she passed away early in the loan leaving her daughter a car worth less than the loan amount. I contacted ESL on my friend's behalf to try to arrange a forbearance to allow time to try to sell the car to pay off the loan. ESL wouldn't allow any deferment or forbearance, wouldn't take less as a payoff amount, and wouldn't forgive any late fees. Their only "option" was to turn in the vehicle for repossession and in turn destroy a vulnerable person's credit. Payments were missed while the mother was in the ICU for 3 months, and ESL won't even waive those late fees or defer those payments. I don't understand the point of a Loan Payment Solutions department if they literally have no payment solutions to offer struggling and vulnerable individuals, especially as the COVID pandemic is still affecting many people.
