DO NOT MAKE BUSINESS WITH THIS INSTITUTION!!! Customer service is terrible, I’ve been trying to early pay my loan for hours and it’s just obstacle over obstacle. Phone help also sucks and they just hang up on you. It’s not worth it and I’m 100% transferring my business somewhere else.

I am disgusted this has never happened to me before ever!! I go to this bank to take out $2,000 & Jenna is counties asking personal questions, this white lady walks in wanting to take out $8,000 & she walks out before me mind u I’ve already been waiting 30 mins for this amount of money will never come back you guys are disgusting.

Terrible customer service, no sense of urgency/or competency. Very ghetto ratchet staff. Avoid this location at all costs if you value your safety!

I went out there a couple weeks ago and Beth had an attitude as if I was bothering her and then she did not want me out there and I've been a member of this banking institution since I was a teenager I've never been treated like that until she came around and that was my first and last time coming to that and I will never set foot back in there

Worst bank ever. I got evicted from my apartment because I owed $300-$500 on a short term loan and they took the money out of my account when my rent was due and I was waiting for my rent check to clear. I called customer service and a young man answered the phone and wouldn’t put me on the phone with a manager to fix this because they wanted to go home as it was just turning 4pm after I waited on the phone for however long. One of the worst experiences of my life man. This bank is not customer friendly. They could care less about you.

I love them my family for years have been banking with them I could say the only reason why I don’t give it 5 star is because I was there personally on Saturday and the lady who worked with me I asked her 2 questions before I left and I got the “hurry up and leave” type of vibe which I’ve never gotten from anyone else I had more question but got stumped at the vibe so I just said thank you and walked out. Other than than everyone else is a pleasure !

Look I’ve been a member since I was 18. I’m 27 now. Never had any problems until I went to cash out a check on 7/19/21. My name and identity has changed and that all has been updated at the bank. I had a check under my old name and I asked a bank teller if that would be any issue considering my name has been updated. What I thought was a quick down to the point transaction ended up being her oversharing her personal information and offending me for my transition. I know she meant no harm, however employees need to be extremely be careful on approaching trans people who do not wish to speak on a topic like that in a BANK. Especially with other people around. It really wasn’t any of her business to share such information with me or ask if I’ve been treated indifferently because of my transition from female to male. Luckily for me I didn’t feel the need to take such drastic actions but for someone else they might. Employees like this need to be weary and not overstep personal topics to anyone who are not trying to draw attention to themselves. Other than that this is the only issue I faced and the reason I’m giving 4 stars.

Drive through wait is horrible. 4 cars in front of me (including the one being taken care of) and it has been 30 minutes. This is not the only time this has been an issue at this drive through.
