Dollar General Rochester offers everyday essentials at affordable prices. The store sells food, snacks, health and beauty aids, cleaning supplies, basic apparel, housewares, seasonal items, paper products and more from trusted brands and private brands. A staff member went above and beyond to help with DIY crafting, providing amazing customer service. However, the place is always messy and cluttered; it has fallen from its great opening days. Management is strong, fighting theft and keeping the store clean, even with few employees.
Angel literally made my shopping experience. I was doing some DIY crafting and she went above and beyond to help me with my project <3 Truly amazing customer service & she deserves a raise.
