Worst experience ever with simple shipping. Only some stores except QR scans, but when you call a local store it brings you to headquarters. Really annoying when you just want to drop off a package and the rest of the competitors make returning and shipping real easy. I don't know how this company will last

Terrible customer service. The employees barely looked at me and continued their conversation amongst themselves during my transaction. They didn’t know how to process my return and had very little attention to detail with the whole thing.

Don’t go here on Sundays , short blad guy with the grey hair is extremely rude , treated me as if I was a complete cancer to his day. Was eye rolling and making extremely sarcastic comments.

Very poor service I asked for help three times two ladies just pointed at my phone. I stood there for 15min while they joked with their friends. Unless you buddy buddy with the four people working their don't both looking for help. Very frustrating as they watched me try to print Important documents. I just walked out.

It’s 430 on Sunday I walked into an empty FedEx office two people working and both could be less than helpful. They could see that I was trying to figure something out and gave me one word answers that did not help. Kindness costs nothing

I walk into the place today, first thing in the morning, to a grumpy, middle-aged man working behind the counter. I got what I needed on the shelf, proceeded to wrap my package with tape, and pay for the box and have it shipped off. Not a single time did this person utter a single word. Not “Hello!” Or “may I help you.” Nothing. This guy is the poster child for the worst customer service experience ever. He doesn’t tell me where in my receipt I should look for the tracking info. Nothing. Give this dude some coffee or something. I will now drive further so I don’t have to deal with this FedEx office again!

A friend processed my order and wrote a number that didn't exist ... Requested package be held for pick up!Showed all billing and proper ID: REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE PACKAGE CAUSE IT DIDN'T MATCH MY LICENSE. ... DUH WITCH WAY DID HE GO?
