I walk into the place today, first thing in the morning, to a grumpy, middle-aged man working behind the counter. I got what I needed on the shelf, proceeded to wrap my package with tape, and pay for the box and have it shipped off. Not a single time did this person utter a single word. Not “Hello!” Or “may I help you.” Nothing. This guy is the poster child for the worst customer service experience ever. He doesn’t tell me where in my receipt I should look for the tracking info. Nothing. Give this dude some coffee or something. I will now drive further so I don’t have to deal with this FedEx office again!

A friend processed my order and wrote a number that didn't exist ... Requested package be held for pick up!Showed all billing and proper ID: REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE PACKAGE CAUSE IT DIDN'T MATCH MY LICENSE. ... DUH WITCH WAY DID HE GO?

My overall experience at this location was stellar. From Juanda to Angel being patient and professional, I got what I needed in an expedited time frame. Trustworthy with their commitment to good service and great products. I needed good quality notecard size flyers asap and I went in on a Friday night before closing and the order was ready for me by 9AM. They helped me with my file in person at the counter, and it was a great experience.

Just dropped a package to get sent back to my company. They were cell phones. Older gentleman slammed the package on the counter and was extremely rude when I didn't want to purchase thier packaging. Don't come to this location.

I’m not one to ever review a place but dear god, John is the rudest and most unpleasant person I have ever dealt with. I’ve never seen anyone be so bothered to have to do their job. Every time I go in I just hope that he’s not the one behind the counter.

Parking is a little tough because it's so busy in this plaza. But usually this office is moderately busy and they take care of you pretty quickly. Good customer service.

Been here to ship things many times, just called to ask a simple question about shipping rates and whoever I spoke to was insanely rude. Sorry I didn’t already know how much it costs to ship things to Australia you psycho

I think in one way or another you need to use FedEx for either business or personal reasons. They pretty much get the job done.. But...sometimes this is the place where some retailers want you to use as your spot to return merchandise. Like UPS Store for Amazon and the like. Now I had to come here to do a return as the company uses "Happy Returns" This is a long and narrow store, they have a few self serve kiosks for printing/copying and the like. A few people were in here to ship things and ask questions. So since I really was not sure where to stand, I stood behind a customer and someone asked "can I help you?" I told her I needed to do a return and I showed her the QR Code and it did not work, tried it again no go, even typed it in and she even logged out of the system. Finally she asks someone is there an issue with Happy Returns and they said yes. So guess what I have to come back, with the package and my QRcode from my email on my phone. My only other option for a return was Staples and dear reader I live in the city. If I'm going out that way I had best have other things to do in Henrietta. I'll have to come back to do the return and it's in a convenient spot in the strip mall of 12 Corners and if I want a piece of pizza at Joe Brooklyn or Starbucks or a Bagelland bagel Staff is helpful enough but they just seem kind of annoyed it is what it is. I'll be back but I'm gonna call first to make sure the system works for the return. They have a shared parking lot

Angel, the store manager helped me out today. It was a very lovely experience. Only have a few flyers printed out and was able to get them on the perfect paper I was looking for - all at ease too. Thanks Angel!

Cody the store manager was incredibly helpful and patient as we worked out printing a big order. He communicated with his staff and other customers while also keeping me as a big priority. I really appreciated his help today!

Printed a portfolio with this location. They were super busy and I had to drop off the order and pick it up. I screwed up my portfolio with typos but the associate fixed it no questions asked.
