Don't waste you're time. Inconvenience is their favorite thing. They lack basic industry knowledge. Very unprofessional and unresponsive. They need to hang it up already.

Went to pick up my car, had absolutely NO BRAKES! Was never informed that my car had 0 breaks, was only told the break line needed to be replaced. Luckily there was nothing in reach for my car to hit after putting it in drive thinking I was going to be driving it home. Had my car parked in the side/back away from everything which was a little weird to me and let me know they knew it had no breaks and couldn’t stop but never mentioned it to me. I also have parts hanging underneath my car that was not hanging before. I knew my car was not in the best of shape bringing it there, but within a few hours, my car was not capable of being driven! If I read reviews before coming here, I would have NEVER taken my car here. I do NOT recommend this place.

Justin heard my complaint when I said that there was a shaking on acceleration but said in order for them to test drive it they need a work order, for the mechanics are not employees but independent contractors so you need to purchase a $9.99 car care package for them to look at it. I passed and got my alignment. Justin said the tech said there was no vibrations besides- we only have tire changers and alignment guys so you couldn’t really have it diagnosed by a licensed mechanic until tomorrow! I was beside myself!!! You wanted to charge me $9.99 when there was no licensed mechanic on premises?!?!? What is wrong with you? For “complete auto care” they don’t keep mechanics on staff on Sunday? I like the founder’s quote on the wall about honesty and integrity so ironic when every time I go there they try to swindle me! Yeah Mavis test drove it for free sans swindle….

I had an appointment for a lifetime wheel alignment this evening. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was told that the manager had sent the techs home. No courtesy call, nothing. The gentleman apologized for his mistake and offered to schedule another appointment. Not helpful; I had taken the time out of my day to drive to the appointment, not to mention the fact that I'm leaving for a 1k mile trip in a day and now will have to drive that distance with a bad alignment. I informed the gentleman that he lost a customer and left the store quite incensed. Thanks for wasting my time, Firestone.

Replaced rear brakes at Firestone, which is even more expensive than the dealership. They cost $550 while dealership only costs $450.
My car also had an oil leak, I made appointment online and when I went to Firestone they told me the person who diagnoses engine was not available and I should make another apointment. So I wasted an afternoon just to get there.
I went there two days later and they said they couldn’t find the location of oil leak, my car was leaking all of its oil in 3 days and they couldn’t find it. So they added dye in oil and told me to drive for several days. In the next day there was only one third oil in engine. I had to add 1 litter oil to the engine every day.
After a week I went there to have them checked the engine, they told me I should take my car to dealership. So I wasted two weeks doing nothing. I took my car to dealership and they immediately started fixing it.
I won’t recommend Firestone to anyone, higher price than the dealership and worse service.

Had an appointment time and they were taking people in ahead of my car. What is the point of having an appointment?

I was told at inspection that I needed all new brakes and rotors. Also need inner tie rods, which would then require an alignment.
I maintain the vehicle. I put new rotors on the rear axle last year and new pads. Also removed the calipers and then cleaned and lubricated the slides. There is no pulsating when braking. There is no vibration through the steering wheel when driving, both city and highway. There is no “give” or “play” when I take a turn. I haven’t had an opportunity to take the wheels off and look at the brakes, rotors, calipers, pads and tie rods…but I will in the next couple of days. I will reserve judgement until I see everything for myself, but I am HIGHLY skeptical of all this work needing to be done on the vehicle. The fronts could potentially need addressing, and if so I will take care of it. I believe that the person who did the inspection tried to catch me in a tough spot because the inspection had expired as of Sept 1st and hoped I didn’t know better.

The guy at the counter John had an attitude and threw the customer's keys on the counter like he was annoyed. I went there for a lifetime warranty alignment and when I picked up my car my tires had air pressure adjustments on them where someone had added air to my tires about 48 PSI to be exact when I always keep my tires at 33 PSI and had checked my tires right before I went in to get the car serviced at firestone.. another tire only had 25 psi and someone let air out of my tire. I I'm disappointed at what Firestone employees are doing to meet their sales quotas for a tire warranties and sales by overinflating and under inflating tires to prematurely wear out the tire and put the customer's life at risk.i could of had a blow out & died in a serious accident!

Horrible terrible experience had to go back three times because they kept not fixing something so simple. Didn’t leave my keys in my truck when I came to get it as they said they would. Overpriced. Have been trying to talk to someone about this for weeks and they keep saying that they don’t know why the home office isn’t contacting me

John has a problem with women. Very disrespectful and treated me like I was stupid. As a disabled combat veteran I don't appreciate the attitude.
My appointment was at 1pm and they told me I would have to wait atleast an hour and a half before they looked at my car, then tried to charge me $50 for an inspection they quoted for 15. I ended up leaving without any help.

I’ve used Firestone for about 15 years and always receive the best service. Will not consider any other place for my auto service.
