This store was a pleasant surprise. Not knowing what to expect, it was pretty much what I had in mind, but better. The $5.55 T-shirts are pretty great, and I really like the beauty section a lot. It's well maintained, and all of the staff I interacted with were very professional and kind. I did accidentally purchase a kid's T-shirt thinking it was an adult shirt, (not wanting to mess up the pile,) but the return process was no hassle with the receipt.

My sister was working here and she never received her Paycheck. We going to sue you. This is a bad place to work at, they will give your paycheck within 2 months. And the managers are awful. You can never get in contact with the store because they will hang up on you. What kind if managers are you?

I really like Five Below, except for when they play their music too loud. There are lots of great deals all year long, and their Five Above section is the same. Just a suggestion for the busy time of the year, i.e. holiday season, have enough people on staff, especially if the greeter is also managing the checkout area too. People entering the store, looking for help, can't get it if the greeter is tied up with a long line of customers at the "self checkout." I also wish they had a ship to store option. FYI: it would be a great way to get people in the store, too. I'd rather pick up in store and spend extra money during that visit than pay the expensive shipping for just a couple of online items.

Excellent customer service. I was in line, and a young man employee noticed me struggling. He gave me a huge bag with a smile.

They have everything!!! Staff wasn't friendly at all, a few walked by and even had to walk between us. None of them spoke. The kid that helps at the registers had ear buds in and never said a word even when he had to help us.
