I always have said that I do not like this five below because the cashiers have to pass the goods for you and this is where they hacked my bank card and tried to make a purchase of 5,000, so I do not trust that they will be the ones to scan my items and be in the box while I pay by card because here I pass all that and I no longer trust. From that moment on, I am not going here, I am going to another better one.

Decent store and it's always tidy and clean. My girls love this place for cheap little accessories. You just have to know your prices. There's plenty of stuff that is an okay deal, but there's also lots of things that just appear to be good deals.

Employee threatened to fight me after I set my things on the self checkout instead of letting her take them from my arms. She was aggressive and didn’t like that I set my things down. I made no attempt to check myself out… but after I set my things down
She said she “didn’t like the way I set my stuff down” and that she’ll take “it outside” because she was “at work” “todays not the day” she’s just “doing her job” she also added “I’m not Afraid of you” as she yells in my face. This lady threatened me for absolutely no reason. Her name is Brandy (that’s was she claimed) I go into that location everyday…. I have Never had an issue until today. This lady is unstable and shouldn’t be in any position to work in a public setting. I called corporate, I never received a return call. such a small incident, would be a shame if a lawsuit stemmed from ongoing harassment from said employee/ an assault case with charges.

I was already in the plaza and decided to pop in to see how this store compares to the one in Greece. Very similar, but this one was just a cut above. To be fair , this store was quiet, not customer after customer. I took a few pics for my friend who hasn't been to Five Below. I was greeted and taken care of by the nicest woman on register. She even packed my bag and folded my Tshirts for me.

Just love this store it's always nice and clean and when your needing help there's always someone on the floor not to mention my daughter left her books that she purchased and her brother realized it and said something and by the time he got to the door the cashier was bringing them to him so grateful for them being on the lookout also for there great service keep up the good work everyone ?
