Went in today at 6:40pm to trade in a console, came in and employee said "here for a trade in?" but when I got to the counter the empolyee sighed or exhaled as if it was a pain for about 30 seconds before I finally said "or not" smiling in belive he was maybe joking after a slow day, but he proceeded to tell me how it was store policy that they don't take trade ins an hour before close....well it was 20minutes before, but I didn't say that I kindly said I would come back, more than once I will add. He said don't worry Noone else is here, he stated to get through it, than it came up that they system needed an update, he said oh that takes about an hour so you'd have to come back tomorrow, as I was leaving he started to question me as to why I was trading it in and basically acting like I shouldn't be with remarks like "don't need a system for the friends and family when they come around". When I got home shortly after I plugged it back up and the update literally took 10 minutes OVER WIFI........SORRY NOT SORRY THIS GUY SHOULD BE FIRED FOR HIS RUDENESS AMD MANOR. GAMESTOP HAS ALWAYS SUCKED AND WILL ALWAYS SUCK.

The man was extremely rude seemed like I inconvenient him with a trade in I won't ever come back to this gamestop and will not renew the membership with gamestop.

Went to buy a game, didn't want to get their membership, was asked repeatedly if I was sure I didn't want the membership and then chastised after not getting it. This is why people stopped buying from Gamestop.

One of the worst gamestops I’ve ever been too. Staff are rude and make you feel like an inconvenience when you trade anything or ask questions. Don’t waste your time here.

Saturday, May 13, 2023. Arrived at 7:50. Sign on door said on break be back at 8:00. Waited until 8:20 no one back from break. Waste of time. Saw 3-4 other customers leave. A few said they're going to Walmart to buy their game.

As an avid gamer I usually really enjoy perusing games and collectable merch so Game Stop is one of my favorite stores. I've been to this location 3 times and have never been greeted or interacted with, even when the store is otherwise completely empty. I've worked retail and hate to leave a negative review but my experiences here have left a poor taste. I'll buy my games elsewhere.

Everytime I go into the store there is only one employee working and he's always on his phone recently 2 hours before closing at 7 o'clock there was a sign on the front door saying "be back at 8:30" which is 30 minutes before they close. Thats an hour and a half break
