Recently had my vehicle destroyed by hail to the tune of over 15k in damages. Just got the vehicle back yesterday and it looks fantastic!! This place did a great job all the way around. Kyle was very responsive to my questions throughout and Ashley was as well. Thanks Garber for getting this done quickly!!!

Never using this place again. I tried to schedule time to have my car looked at, and the lady I spoke to was really rude. They scheduled an appointment for 8:30am and immediately said they “don’t do morning appointments” and proceeded to argue with me. Never had this happen when it was Nu-Look Collision. Ended up using someone else. If your insurance recommends them, don’t use this place. It’s not worth it.

Fixed my scratched fender like it never happened on my Acura MDX. My paint color was a difficult 3 step process that only they could handle. I always have a good experience at the service center and the collision center delivered just the same.

I usually have a 5 star experience with this establishment. Not this time. An essential part came in With a flaw. It took several months to get a corrected part. My husband dropped off my vehicle in the morning. He received a call saying it is done. He asked Amy, and a Male employee to please lock it, and leave it in the front. We would pick up the spare key when we can. My vehicle is locked inside the building. Now, I had to inform my job, that on my 1st day with a new department, I have to go to work late. I also have to pay an Uber to get myself to Garber in the morning. ?????????

Email communication was fast and kind. Insurance decided to total the car, and I forgot to grab an out-of-print CD out of the player when I collected my belongings. I called the next day. The receptionist was very pleasant, and she had it waiting at the desk for me to pick up at my earliest convenience.

Great service. My salesman was helpful with finding me the perfect car. Any concerns I had were addressed immediately and taken care of by both my salesman and the sales manager. They make sure their customers are satisfied. Definitely recommend visiting them if you’re looking for a new vehicle!!

I chose Acura servicer to have added assurance for quality/repairs. Insurance ended up deeming total loss. Now I have to wait over a week, make yet another car payment before any semblance of progress. Garber process should not be my financial obligation.

They did very good work. However, when I went to pick up my vehicle there was an area I was concerned didn't get the attention it needed. This problem was addressed quickly and efficiently. Thank you!

They do perfect work. They let you know exactly where they are with your vehicle repair. They do what they promise and if your car is a Porsche, service work is performed by the equally excellent Porsche shop across the street. I can't imagine going anywhere else for repairs. I highly recommend them.

We had minor work done on my wife's car here. The work was excellent and the guy we worked with was very nice and professional. The reason I'm giving them 3 stars instead of 5 is because the manager was aggressive and rude with us in the end. I believe the way he interacted with us was unwarranted and I'm confused about why our last interaction went that way. I'd still recommend this place for service but we won't be going there again.Service: Body & Trim
