Took my car in for a tail light out and they took out my cabin filter and engine filter came and showed me them in the waiting room and asked if I wanted them replaced. I said “sure” but that’s not originally why I went there. Then I drove off to hear a loud humming when I turned my air/heat on so something happened to my blower I was assuming. I brought it back and they told me “it might be a piece of paper stuck” then told me “turn up the volume on your radio so you don’t hear the noise.” My favorite thing I was told was “you can just take it back to Hyundai have them look at it.” No! You guys need to have accountability for your actions and FIX what is going on because my car was quiet going in and loud coming out. I filed a claim, spoke to corporate, and am currently having it fixed at ANOTHER location where a manger TREATED ME with kindness, compassion and made me feel like he CARED. When I spoke to the manager of the store in IRONDEQUOIT he told me I can pay for another hour of labor, take it to Hyundai and basically be even MORE INCONVENIENCED WHEN THEY CAUSED THE PROBLEM. They were going to DISREGARD ME ALTOGETHER . I will NEVER recommend to anyone or go to the location in Irondequoit ever again. Go anywhere else. This stores management/workers isn’t it.

I brought my car in on Monday 9:30am to get my starter replaced. I was quoted around $600 and 2.3 hours to get it fixed. They told me they would call me when they finished system diagnostics and start working on the car. I received no calls for the rest of the day. I called back twice and they said the car not even been in the shop yet. One whole day wasted.
Tuesday morning comes around and I get a call from them. Yup starter issue and a couple recommended repairs. I chose only the starter replacement. Side issue - $370 to replace/fix one ball joint??? The pricing here is outrageous. I get another call later in the afternoon that the mechanic BROKE one of the starter bolts and the threading CAME OUT. They said I had to pay an additional $295 for 1.5 hours to rethread the hole. You mean to tell me the customer is the one who has to pay for damage caused by the mechanic??? You mean to tell me there was absolutely no way to get that out in one piece? Did you actually try all options or decided to take the short cut and just charge the customer even more than what they needed on the car? Then hours later, I get another call where I was informed that bolt they broke was SPECIAL ORDER meaning it’ll take a day to arrive. Great, I’m now without my car for 2 days, going into 3.
Wednesday comes around they finally fix my car at around 10-11am. I wait until the afternoon to pick it up. They still tried to charge me for fixing damage they caused. A $600 initial quote becomes over $1000??? Does that sound reasonable? I argued with them and they at first not willing to take the fault. After a couple minutes, they decided to “eat the charge”. Yes, you should. Your mechanic broke the bolt. You guys take responsibility to fix it. Not charge the customer even more.
All in all, a 2.3 hour service took 2.5 days. The amount of inconvenience, annoyances, and anger caused by this service center. Never, ever, go here. I learned the hard way to not trust this service center.

I got two quotes, one from Mavis 0.8 mile down the road, and one at this Goodyear location. for reference, I need a phalange welded, my muffler and resonator are in good condition, both shops agree. MAVIS QUOTED ME $1,300, GOODYEAR'S IS $525! It pains me to see Mavis has higher ratings. I too believed they would be more reliable based off of reviews and went there first. I saved 60% by driving 4 minutes down E Ridge. I mentioned to the Goodyear employee that I'd like notice before my car is done so I can book an Uber and get there in time. The employee let me know there is a company car available to pick me up and offered this as a way to save me the cost of Uber. I did not know this service existed, and it definitely was not cost-efficient to let me know. The employee also informed me that I could replace the muffler and resonator for $800, but he did not recommend it is I have original parts and apparently the replacements are not of the same quality. I don't know the most about cars and he could have easily upsold me, and instead offered the most cost-efficent option for myself. I highly recommend Goodyear and will be going back to them in the future!

Had an appointment to get my winter tires on at 830a. I was told about an hour/hour and a half. 2 hours later, after sitting and waiting, they finally brought my car in. Of course they blamed it on staffing. Staffing that they obviously knew was an issue 2 hours prior but failed to inform me. Horrible service. Even worse common sense. I left and will not return.

10 out of 10 would recommend! Mike P. helped me out when I was quoted at another place over $1000 dollars to fix my car. He told me to bring it in for a second opinion. I am really glad I did! It turned out to be something really small and that they could fix right there. It cost extremely less than what the other place quoted. Also shoutout to Jorge the tech. Will definitely be going here from now on!

2 stars instead of 1 because the guy at the counter was polite and helpful. I'm happy with the tires and price but not the service. It took just over 2.5 hours to mount and balance 4 tires. I had made an appointment the day before too. I will not be returning this facility.

An hour and over $100 for a simple oil change? Plus you don’t get to sit in the car or even be present while they do anything. They also never asked me about the kind of oil I’d take, so they naturally went with a more expensive option without giving me any say. No transparency. God-awful pricing. Even worse efficiency. I am never coming back and would not recommend anyone come here for an oil change. I’m furious. What a rip-off.
