Winter and Jeremy were AMAZING. I was able to make an appt online when my tire blew after hours, which was convenient. I arrived for my appt and my rare tire size was not in stock in store. I needed to make a trip that afternoon and I was starting to stress internally. Jeremy graciously drove to the warehouse to pick up the tire and got me back on the road within 2 hours. So appreciative of their efforts. This was the best customer service experience! They definitely came to the rescue!

Jeremy is always very reliable and someone who makes me feel comfortable bringing my car to Goodyear every time. This time around though, I had the pleasure of talking with Winter. She was extremely helpful, understanding and explained everything to me in the details I needed. She did not make me feel like I was a nuisance in any matter and always took her time explaining. She was even able to get all my fixes done, in the timeframe I asked for so that I could pick my car up when I knew I'd have the time! Will definitely continue going.

I have been a Goodyear customer for over 40 years and this is the only place I will take my vehicles to be serviced.
Winter was a great help in assisting me in getting new tires for my Equinox. She was very knowledgeable and gave me paperwork for a rebate. Winter was professional, friendly, and courteous.
I also had my inspection done, an oil change, air/cabin filters changed, and a front end alignment. All of the work was completed as estimated.

Every time I come to the Goodyear store at West Ridge Road, I am so thankful for all Jeremy, Winter and Heather do! They are incredible! Customer service is first class, in helping customers to find meaningful solutions. Due to them, our entire family have become customers for life. Exceptional!

I purchased my tires from Goodyear on W. Ridge Rd. in Greece New York. The person who helped me was Winter. She was wonderful. Winter was professional, very knowledgeable, and went out of her way to help me get the tires I needed for an older model car. When I did bring my car into get the new tires put on the wait time was very short. I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Winter. Because of her great customer service I would definitely go to Goodyear on W. Ridge Rd. again for any tires that I may need in the future. I would highly recommend this Good Year location to family and friends.

On 11/22/24 I took car for pulsating. Was told I needed both lower control arm ball joints. Cost of $720.15. I opted to think about it. Took car to where I bought it and they replaced this. They told me front rotors needed either replacing or resurfacing. I had front rotors and brakes replaced on 2/21/23. Warranted 24 months or 24,000 miles. I was never told at original time that I took car on 11/22/24 that rotors were a problem. I had to take back today and they resurfaced. So I assume they were going to wait until after I ok’d the first job (which I did not) and waited until warranty was up on 2/21/25! What kind of business is this? I am a good customer but I am not stupid. Marie Robson

I was on day 1 of a 4 day x-country drive, on a Friday of a Monday holiday weekend .. had a tire mishap and was frantically calling Goodyear centers from Buffalo to Watertown NY .. everyone had the same “good news / bad news” routine: they could get the replacement, but not until Monday and maybe Tuesday. Finally I got connected with Jason at Goodyear on Ridge Road West. Jason listened to my plight and confirmed that he could have a replacement sometime in the afternoon. By the time I arrived, he had personally picked upthe tire at the distributor, they took my car straight into a service bay and I was on my way pretty quick !
EXCELLENT service, above and beyond !

Mgr. Jeremy's attention to detail, and the above & beyond excellent customer service is very impressive at the W. Ridge Goodyear store. After doing my own research, I got a fabulous price on my tires. He even filled out the rebate form so all I had to do was mail it in! I am happy to write this review and share about your stellar service...and price! Thank you, Jeremy.

NEVER come to this Goodyear location. If you have the option to go to any other Goodyear location, do it because this location will screw you over. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at Goodyear. I have been a Goodyear customer for years. I made an online reservation for some snow tires for Monday, 12/4. When I got there, they told me they didn't have access to their online system but they took down all of my information and told me they would be able to install the tires on Friday, 12/8. On Friday, I took my car in at 8 a.m., and they told me it would take two hours (the online quote was 45 minutes). So I walked around downtown and got some lunch. When I came back about two and a half hours later, my car was sitting outside the shop with the same tires on. When I walked in to ask what happened, they said they didn't have my tires!! I questioned the guy at the front desk, asking why, if he knew he didn't have my tires when I walked in two hours ago, why make me wait all that time for no reason? He said that the online system did not send the tires and I would need to call the 800 service number. I then asked him if he knew I was coming in and why not have the tires ordered as if I were a walk-in customer and he said that the store does not order the tires. I asked him if the Goodyear store does not order their own tires for walk-in customers and he just kept repeating that he didn't see my reservation because they don't have access to their online system. When i asked again why he didn't call me when he knew he didn't have my tires he said that he " already told me he didn't have access to the online reservation and that he didn't appreciate the attitude and I just need to call the 800 number because obviously theres nothing he can do." basically dismissing me and my very obvious frustration with the situation. I did end up calling the 800 number for a refund because I never want to go back to this location. I felt so disrespected and never had such a difficult time trying to give a business my money! It might have been better if the front desk attendant was nice and apologetic about it but he was dry and condescending the whole time when I was just trying to get an answer to what went wrong and where the miscommunication happened. Instead, I was spoken to like I was an idiot and it was my fault for making an online reservation.

My husband is across the street form this Goodyear. They always get him in when he is in a pinch. Everyone is always friendly.

I have been going here for almost 4 years now when I got an all new set of tires. I get all my oil changes and inspections here as well. Staff is super friendly. A little late for this review but two months ago I left my job and my tire was practically flat! I just barely made it to Goodyear when they were 5 minutes to closing and the tire exploded when it was filled with air. Thankfully they have an amazing employee named Dan who came to my rescue and stayed late to sell me a tire and change it for me! I would’ve been stuck there a long time before AAA or anyone could have come to help. So grateful for people like this out in the world. (Oh, and they never try to sell me things I don’t need when I come in for oil changes which is a breath of fresh air compared to some of these other places)
