Dependable and reliable. When I was told 9AM was when my car would be seen for an inspection. It was 9 sharp. I did not have to be worried about being late for my next appointments. The men at the shop go above and beyond in the customer service category. A 5 star rating from me.

I stopped in today to ask some questions about my 2015 Honda Fit regarding my tire pressure gauge and other issues with my car. I cannot say enough great things about Good Year in Penfield, New York. I have been a long term customer and cannot say enough about the entire staff. The service manager Shawn is always pleasant and knowlegeable. No matter who assists me at the front desk or does the maintenance on my car I always receive excellent service! They never rush me and answer all my questions. I have purchased tires, brakes, go for regular oil changes and alignments and my car runs great!

My partner and I took our car to Goodyear in Penfield on 10/10/24 on our 2019 KIA Forte. When we arrived there was one employee on the phone and we waited until another employee came to serve us. We explained that we needed an inspection and tire rotation and he immediately said we had to pay $40 for the tire rotation, I countered by telling him that the tires were purchased there and were under guarantee. He then said that he needed to “look at the computer still” and confirmed that the rotation was covered under the guarantee. Then we sat for about an hour and a half and he came out and told us that he had “bad news”. He said we needed to have the rear calipers changed and that the total for the parts and work would be over $1,000.00, and that the inspection failed. He charged $21 for the inspection and said that the next one would be “free as long as you get your work done here”. He even made the motions as though he was looking for “aftermarket calipers” but claimed he failed in this and that we would be paying full price. He took me to show me what he was telling me and both rear wheels were removed and he showed me the calipers, which appeared moist but I couldn’t verify what the liquid was. We had a friend who is a mechanic look at it and he said nothing was wrong with the calipers, and that the lug nuts for the wheels were not when secured and were dangerous. We took the vehicle to another mechanic and it passed inspection and he said nothing was wrong with the breaks at all. My partner has been a customer there a long time, but we will never return to Goodyear because they are con artists and crooks and don’t know how to work on cars. Everyone beware of this business, they DEFINITELY engage in shady practices. My advise: save money and misery and AVOID this business. We are also filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against Goodyear for their fraudulent practices.

Showed up for oil change appointment to find out is was cancelled because they had to make room for some other vehicles or something. No call, text or update and was a waste of a trip. No point in making an appointment here.

I brought my car in for an emergency service and had them replace my left front tire on the rim and mounted. It didn't take them long to book my appointment and have the work done. I only waited about an hour and the work was done in a timely and professional manner.
