I took my Jeep Compass to Greece Town Garage for a suspension issue. Dealt with Gary (owner?), who I found to be extremely honest. After diagnosing the vehicle, it was determined that faulty crossmembers were the source of the problem. Gary informed me that there was a TSB issued by Jeep Chrysler and that the repair would possibly be covered by an extended warranty at the Jeep dealership (which it was). Most shops would have held back on that info and just taken in the business, but instead the guy saved me hundreds of dollars. Like I said, extremely honest
