Good for cheaper tools and supplies, which is crucial in this economy. While I'm sure professional contractors use them too, keep in mind some things may not be *as* durable but so far everything I've bought has held up pretty well, including a power washer we've used to help out family and friends several times beyond our own needs.

If I could give this organization 0 stars I would. They sold me a TV mount that wound up being previously used and missing the mounting screws for the TV. I decided since it was already in the wall and structurally intact I would use the mount and just get the screws to put the TV on it. When I called the number on the manual to get replacement hardware, I was told they didn't have any. I was advised to call this store to see if they could provide it. The manager of this store offered no other solution than rip the mount out of the wall and exchange it for a new one. The manager also claimed they do not resell used hardware when the hardware when the hardware I purchased was clearly used. It had scuffs on the mounting plate, and the nuts and screws that the kit did include had wear on them. Normally an unused manually would be crisp, but it was crinkled and worn. This is an untrustworthy organization with horrible customer service.

I bought a paint sprayer for $70. I did not use it, unopened box. When I returned it I found out there's a $14.00 for restocking fee. So basically $14 to walk from the cash register back to the shelf that I picked it up off of. Not happy and will not shop here again. Buyer beware!

Nasty employee attitudes.
I was treated with great hostility and rudeness by 3 employees simply because I asked where the power tools were. What's the problem!?
They lost my sale and my business and everyone I know.

This place is a joke. The cashier struggled for 25 minutes with the system, not a single person came to help. I had a very heavy item, I asked for a dolly or something to bring it out to my vehicle. They laughed. Best they could do is balance it on the edge of a cart, which wouldn't fit through the door. They said the dolly(that they just used to bring the item to the register mind you) was in the back, they couldn't get it. Instead of the managers wandering around aimlessly, maybe train your people better and actually help your customers.

Sales rep was telling about returning fee I guess part of job, thinking 🤔 out loud I said if you've come to shop harbor freight you really need that tool and will not be returning it or anything you buy @ harbor freight
