If I can't find items in store, the email system to place special orders is great, I can get pricing on products I can't find elsewhere in bulk. They use most of the same distributord as Loris so they can get pretty much anything I can't find anymore at other stores. Plus, the community events, like fiber craft groups, are fun and usually free!”
