Lottery machine is down most of the time and they're always out of scratch tickets

They skimmed my benefits card, this was the last place I went to before my benefits were deposited and now all my benefits are gone and I HAVE MY CARD ON ME? SO how did they get my information? Dealing with this today. It's crazy though cause this was my family's corner store my family loved going to this corner store. I feel so betrayed.
