I will go out of my way to go for the customer service and be treated with respect and the one off of Buffalo Road this Home Depot did that for me so I will go to that one just to be treated right thanks

Great location. They always have what we need.. The only issue there is, is that you really have to search for an associate if you need help. It may be because they are short staffed like a lot of other stores.

Gene was very helpful finding what I needed for my project. He was very friendly and easy to deal with. Great customer customer service! Made me laugh. TY for great service making me feel my needs were important.

They have decided that tons of items now need to be under lock and key inside the store to prevent shoplifting. They also don't have staff available to unlock things. But they do have staff available to wander around and ask you to sign up for a new bathroom remodel.Even though they switched to self checkout to "make the consumer experience easier", they closed them all down and now have 2 open, with 2 staff doing all the scanning. They also ILLEGALLY blocked one of the exits to the building with carts so you can only go out one door. The fire Marshal wouldnt like that one bit.But hey, if putting the lives of customers at risk makes it so shareholders can buy more yachts, that sounds perfect.-went back to return an item and grabbed a pic since it was even more flagrant

Always happy to come to this store. I spend a lot of money at this location and my favorite person to run in to is gene in tools to get me a new tool that I probably don’t need. Lorie in millworke is awesome and always helps me. Chuck at the pro desk is the fastest guy you want to use to get checked out in a hurry

They have good selection of items and the store is easy to navigate. The reason for 2 stars is that they never have all their self checkout lines open. It makes zero sense why this is and the lines for checkout are atrocious. This is not just this location. Home depot in general is horrible at their self checkout lines never being open. I am in line right now and there are 8 lines total and of those 8 only 2 are open.

Home Depot uses a third party company called solid surface and MSI for granite countertops. Any issues with the third party company, is like talking to a wall. Contacting them, fixing the issue, or getting a resolution isn't in their vocabulary . But pointing fingers, sending 6 employees at once to have a conversation instead of fixing the issue. Is the best you can do. I wish I could give them no stars. I paid home Depot over 10,000.00 for my countertops and not one granite top is what I ordered. My granite looks refurbished.

I have to say every time me or any of my team members go into this location Gene in hardware/tools is always willing to help. He goes out of his way to even help load when needed. What a pleasure working with Gene. Thank you!!

I went into Home Depot looking for help finding an item and getting a few keys made. I found an associate named Gene. He had a great sense of humor, walked me around the store helping me and then made my keys for me. Overall he provided great customer service, and made it a great experience for me! This type of service is typically hard to find these days, but he went above and beyond!

Gene (sales associate) is super helpful and friendly every morning. Always asked if he can help, and does. Seems to know the location of every nut and bolt in the place. Definitely helps me get out out the door and on to the job in a timely manner.

I work for a restoration company and we are at your store constantly. I know when I need something I can always count on Gene to help me. He is always very friendly and helpful. All the guys at our shop know to look for Gene.
