Really couldn't ask for a better place to stay. I've been at this hotel for the last 3 months almost for work and it really does feel like I'm going home every night. The staff are always welcoming and kind; they go above and beyond in every hospitality aspect. The rooms are spacious, beds are comfy, and the atmosphere of the hotel as a whole is nice. It's right infront of BJs which makes it convenient to go shopping or get gas. They have a nice pool, firepit, and even grills to BBQ on; you can also cook plenty in your room. You're in a very central area so delivery is easy food wise and package wise you can have anything sent there; the front desk will hold it for you which is pretty cool. All in all, very good hotel and I hope to stay here one time for non-work related reasons.

This is a very nice place it always smells amazing no pet Oder at all even though they are pet friendly the staff is amazing always friendly and happy to help are just talk I have nothing but good thing to say about this

Check in was pretty easy and the staff were helpful within their ability, but overall this stay was a disappointment. The room we got had a strong smell of fresh paint, so strong that it gave my wife a headache. We called to see if we could change rooms right away, but the desk staff weren’t able to do anything for us without a manager’s approval. Of course, there were no managers available at the time, so we spent the first night huffing paint fumes. Also worth noting, the faucet for the bathroom sink was loose.We were able to get a room change for the second night, which was very much appreciated…however in the new room, the heater was broken and wouldn’t allow us to change temperatures. Luckily it was a mild night and the heater was sufficient.All in all, it was adequate but considering what we spent for the stay, it wasn’t a good value at all. We’ll be staying at a different hotel next time we’re in town.

All the employees are absolutely wonderful and joyful. Made our stay just that much better!!Rooms: Rooms are great! Large on the scale and very comfy and cozy.

Nice room, it would have gotten a 5 but the faucet in the bathroom was lose and moving and when we had issues with the toilet noone helped until the next day.

Worst stay in this hotel. They had a construction on the roof and didn’t even bother to inform the guest. I had a night shift and have to sleep at day time but all i can hear is the sound of the drill and construction people walking on the roof. Such a poor customer service hotel. Its been a week.The flow of water in the sink of bathroom is poor.Never ever staying again in this hotel.

The hotel property is nice and clean. Rooms are larger and spacious. The hotel is popular with people traveling with pets. Even though the rooms are clean, a very strong animal odor hangs heavy in the air. If you are OK with that, this is a great place to stay. Else, move on…..

This hotel has upgraded room and facilities. However, the service and experience have been a total disaster.Hilton offered the pre-checkin capability from the app and my room was supposed to be pre-assigned. However, our family was stuck at the checkin for an hour because the front staff was unattended assign our booked room to us due to the system issue. The staff was very nice and escalated to her manager to help solve the issue. But the issue was out of the manager’s control. Then the front staff had to call IT four times because three out of four times the line was dropped. IT eventually was able to remote to the computer and assign us the room. It was already 8pm after we waited for an hour just to check in.We booked a non-smoking suite, however, the bathroom definitely smelled like smoke.Next day, I called the housekeeping to replace the towels and refill the shower gel because it was empty before we start using it the night before. But again, by the time we returned to the hotel in the evening, the towels were still on tue floor and the shower gel bottle was as still empty.The breakfast was also very inconsistent. If you didn’t go immediately when it was open, the coffee was empty despite of the technology has equipped the it with indicator showing empty. Instead I had to tell the kitchen it was empty. Coffee half-half cream also ran out and they were waiting for the shipment. The breakfast sandwich and eggs etc also completely ran out and the guests all had to wait there for food.I’ve been at many Hilton hotels in Rochester. Even though the rooms or facilities may not be the best or better than this Home2 Suites, however, the services from others were never like this disastrous here.I won’t recommend this hotel or ever come back again unless the services here are improved.Rooms: Upgraded with spacious room, full kitchen, nice bathroom and shower with modern designs incorporated.

Amazing new hotel! Clean, friendly, service, well equipped. Smart TV welcomed me it was so cool! Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Rochester. Love it, highly recommend!!

Great breakfast, staff, and location Clean and quiet place. The gym and laundry were a plus for a family. I enjoyed the pool. Most of all what makes the place a 5 star is Jeanne at the front desk. She was professional, kind, and genuine. Thank you Jeanne. We stayed here for 5 days.Nearby activities: The Strong Museum was worth going to. A great place for children.

This was the first stop on my trip and I def impressed by them. The room was nice and clean, pretty comfortable. And it was stressful for traveling with my dogs for the first time, but they made me feel my trip had a great start. The staff were nice, giving me suggestions on where to bring the dogs to for play and walk. They offered water, coffee, and hot water which is nice.

Mooi hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel. Je wordt vriendelijk ontvangen.Binnen zwembad en een kleine fitness ruimte aanwezig.Ontbijt is niet heel erg gevarieerd/gezond. Gaat wat vervelen vooral als je er wat langer zit.Housekeeping loopt niet helemaal prettig, dit is een nadeel als je wat langer verblijft.Grootste nadeel is het hotel is zeer gehorig en sommige gasten houden hier helaas echt geen rekening mee.Rooms: Mooie ruime kamers wel zeer gehorig.

The staff was incredibly friendly! Qaunda welcomed us in such a kind way and later texted us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. She was great! The rest of the staff also treated us like family and the rooms were sparkling clean! We loved our stay there and hope to return again.
