I love this unique, fun store located on the east side of the food court at Greece Ridge Mall. It's even better now that they are in their new space. I've been shopping this store for at least 10 yrs. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. Sometimes an order I place has an item in store and another being shipped to the store. I'll call and ask them to hold the in store item until the shipped one is in store and they always do that. I also love their rewards program! I also love that you get $5 for both your bday and your rewards program anniversary. The company on a whole is also great. I had ordered a Stitch puzzle, that for one reason or another couldn't be shipped to store,and it was delivered to the wrong place. I found out because of the delivery pic. that looked like it was an apartment building. I contacted the company and without hesitation shipped me another one. I really appreciated that especially since the original one never made it to me and it was a gift.

The employee who helped me was so nice! I believe her name was Alyssa or something similar, she had red hair. I was looking for a new wallet or card holder bc mine had just broken on the way there and she walked me around to all the different places and let me know about all the sales. Ended up with a super cute Cinnamorol card holder and gloomy side bag :) Was an amazing visit through and through.

I ordered a pair of jeans online and used ship to store. Online order status showed "preparing to ship" for weeks until it was canceled out of nowhere and I was refunded. The pants were there the entire time and I was NEVER NOTIFIED!! they sent my order back, and now the pants are out of stock so I can't purchase them again.

I feel like I always have a good experience at this location! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Peyton helped me today and it was great to have a conversation about our favorite pins! I also feel like I can usually find more at this location than any other.
