Bought new sectional, the cushions would wrinkle and become soft when sitting on. I was so disgusted. After not being able to get resolved I contacted Howard’s to replace the foam. Got the foam in 2 sofa cushions replaced and they were ready for pickup within two days. It's an old but well-loved La-z-boy couch and now it's the most comfortable seat in the house. Thank you!
