I've never had an issue with taxes until I came here to H&R Block. When I tried to resolve the issue I was having staff seemed to have some poor communication with me. I was very disappointed with my experience. I don't think I will be going back here ever again.

I would never recommend H&R Block to anybody I know, considering they completely screwed up my taxes during one year and then refused to help me fix the problem that they messed up for the next year. The people that work here are completely incompetent and have no idea what they’re doing. I’m still jumping through hoops trying to get my money back from this place that basically robbed me and still waiting for a call back from anybody who can help me deal with this situation I have a case number and everything to describe the situation but no one will call me back so beyond disappointed and I would never recommend anybody to H&R Block ever unless you wanna deal with them for a whole year trying to get your money back for taxes that they screwed up. if anyone at H&R Block wants to give me a call back I promise I’m dying to talk to you. Also, if you respond back with a number that I have to call I’m going to keep making one star reviews until somebody actually calls me because this is utterly ridiculous i’m actually considered hiring a lawyer to get involved considering how much money H&R Block owes me so again if someone wants to reach out to me to solve this issue, I am really really interested in talking or soon enough. I’ll have a lawyer called.

Usually my experience is fine. Today convinced me that this will be my last year using H&R block. The new "paperless" system is horrible to use, with them claiming their in-house copy machine would destroy any photo ID, but not your tax forms. Waited an excessive amount of time for my scheduled appointment, and noticed that the girl behind the desk forgot guests names and failed to mark them as having arrived. I will be looking into a more reliable service next year. But since I'm still sitting here waiting, I might just leave. Doesn't seem like they want my business this year

H&R Block always does my taxes with care. I can leave with peace of mind knowing that I received the highest quality of service and expertise.
