Well no I've never been to this place of business but I'm looking for an appraisal of some pieces I have and appreciate the "honest" reviews of one star as the feeble responses to these one star reviews tells the real story. Having dealt in antiques throughout my life, especially in Dallas, TX. I'm very familiar of this, we're all that and more attitude. You think that's true then it's gonna costya...yeah I'll keep looking elsewhere. Thanks folks.

Absolutely the best high end art gallery in town. Sophisticated and refined. A great experience if you are accustomed to the finer things in life. The staff is so well educated in all areas: art, interior design, and business. They can take your homes and/or offices and turn it into a space that by far exceeds your expectations. Especially now post COVID, I would take yourself to the gallery and experience the full service of this gallery. Treat yourself to updating your space and enjoy the process with all the wonderful consultants at International Art Acquisitions. I give the owner high regards for training her staff so well and running such a dynamic enterprise.

I have been buying my artwork from IAA for over 20 yrs. The staff is extremely knowledgable, the art is gorgeous and very diverse! The quality of the artwork is impeccable. I have many original pieces that I get so many compliments on. Whenever I am looking for another piece of artwork it is my go to gallery.

I have dealt with this business for over 10 years. They are always knowledgeable, professional, discreet and provide one-of-a-kind art services for the Rochester community and beyond. This is a gem of a business to have in our area. It makes me sad to see any negative comments because they're obviously from visitors who don't have an understanding of the art world and what is required from this type of business to excel.

This is one of my favorite places to visit in Rochester. It's full of wonderful artwork and the owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. I love walking around and gazing at all the beautiful works of art. Lovely atmosphere, impressive artwork, professional staff. Great place.

The woman there was very rude and over dramatic, followed us and wouldn’t socially distance herself. Also almost all the art was over $3000 (not to mention it’s mostly modern art so it looks like finger paintings), so I wouldn’t waste your time if you can’t dish out that much. Plus all the art is piled on top of each other so you can’t see anything

There is truly no other place in Rochester or surrounding areas like this art gallery. The collection is vast and varied and the expertise of the owner is bar none. I have had her do appraisals for me and am always amazed at the wealth of information I leave with. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to purchase art, have an appraisal or even browse. I'm saddened by the person who gave such a bad review-this business has been around for 30 years. I don't think they would have lasted that long if what he wrote was really the case.

Fabulous! Enjoyed my visit and was treated quite well. I believe that Austin (a previous review), may not understand commerce. This establishment is not for unattended children. Perhaps his mother needs to plan a visit herself. It appears that her snot-nosed son has been making a habit of leaving negative reviews regarding establishments that are simply trying to operate a business. Complaining about your UPS delivery, a pizza that you don't enjoy, and a slow internet tells one that you hang in your mother's basement, bored and need something constructive to do. Boredom can actually kill you. Scientists have proven that boredom is linked to early deaths due to things such as heart attacks and strokes. I digress... Happy New Year! Cheers.

My princess and I have purchased many pieces over the years and have always been treated fairly. The most important thing to us as collectors is having the trust in who we buy from. We definitely trust IAA.

The experience at International Art Acquisitions is exquisite. The owner has tremendous knowledge and her passion for the art clearly shows as she guides you through the vast collection of artwork in the gallery. One will certainly have no trouble finding artwork that suits their personal taste as well as complement their home or business. A wide selection of artwork, comprehensive knowledge and a passion for the arts make visiting International Art Acquisitions a truly rewarding experience.

This is one of those times I wish zero stars was an option.Extremely rude and posh. I went there a while back as I saw they had a couple peices by an artist my mother loves but will never go back. The women who owns it acts like she's the center of the universe and only cares about money. She's the type of person that will judge a book by it's cover. I have a bunch of select words for her that I wouldn't be able to use on here. You can't even step into the store and look around without her asking "are you going to buy something". My response was "I don't know yet". She scoffed and immediately pulled the sales associate away (he was nice enough) and they disappeared into the back. I just ended up leaving, flabbergasted. There was no one else in the store. The cost of some pieces also seem wildly inflated and they can't even explain why half the pieces are at the price posted. They do have some nice art there (emphasis on some) but it's not worth putting up with her. Their website is also lazy and feels like it's from the early 2000s. Bring your business elsewhere, they do not deserve it. I can't wait till the day this toxic storefront goes out of business.

I contacted the gallery regarding a number of pieces I am looking to sell. The woman who answered the phone was rude, short and unhelpful. The phone call lasted a min and 15 seconds and the only thing she was clear about what that she was not interested. I am not even sure what she was not interested in because she never said.I was looking for a gallery to either assist in selling the items or even have an expo but I never got a chance to explain that and apparently International Art Acquisitions is clearly not interested in being helpful. At least the other gallery I contacted was polite and listened to what I had to say and even offered other alternatives.
