So happy to have Irondequoit pharmacy in our town! Dave and Kat are wonderful, warm and knowledgeable, and you never feel rushed. They also have another pharmacist(sorry I can’t remember her name), who fits perfectly! You never feel like you’re just a number, they know you by name, and a bonus is that you’re supporting a small business!Highly recommend Irondequoit pharmacy!

Excellent pharmacist who will go out of his way to make sure you have everything you need.They have a ton of high end supplements and make personal recommendations based on individual needs, definitely not something you will find at any other pharmacy.

Very informative! I was freaked out by a tick I had on me, I thought I 2as going to die but the guy whoever it was knew all kinds of things about ticks. needless to say by the time I hung up I wasn't scarred anymore!!

Excellent customer service - professional, friendly, and always willing to answer any questions you may have! I tend to get nervous when it comes to medications, especially for my kids, so I ask lots of questions. This is the best pharmacy we’ve had so far and I highly recommend this place!

After a bit of confusion with certain vitamins I was looking for, they called me on a Sunday to clarify and order what I was looking for. They also asked specific questions to see if there were alternatives I could take as well. I highly recommend them for natural medicinal questions or needs! Friendly, extremely knowledgeable and local!!

If you want a hassle free and pleasant experience, I cannot recommend Irondequoit Pharmacy enough. I was frustrated with being on hold for 30+ minutes at our previous pharmacy, having difficulty getting common medication in stock, and the staff being so frustrated by being short handed so I switched our family prescriptions to Irondequoit Pharmacy.Dave took some basic information and I provided him with a copy of our filled scripts from our former pharmacy. Dave took care of the rest. When I need something filled, I simply call and if it is off hours, I leave my name and what I need. Sometimes less than 24 hours later I receive a text letting me know the number of scripts that have been filled and the total price. Does it get better than that? Yes! You walk in the pharmacy and Dave greets you. He grabs our medications and I'm in and out in a handful of minutes unless I start asking him questions.Irondequoit Pharmacy also carries an impressive variety of supplements. If they don't have it they are happy to work with you to order what you need.You would think a small family owned pharmacy might mark up their products a little, but this is not true! I save shipping costs and get service with a smile. Give Dave and Kathryn a chance and you won't be disappointed!

What a nice experience. Walking in Dave calls you by your name. I was unable to pick up my order and Dave dropped it off on his way home that night. For me I like that old school charm. Thank you for all your help also.

Never has drugs on hand, so you will wait. After he has what you want he will charge you more then another drug store for your copays. Has no personality or care for customers. He will take your money.

I switched all my prescriptions from the big box guys to Irondequoit Pharmacy because of the great reputation they have around Irondequoit. I've been 100% pleased. Dave is great and goes the extra mile to serve his customers.
