The manager and all the staff are conspiring to make you feel like a King and the cashier sara, is a blessing for everyone, cordial, Kind and very professional.
My god jehova, thanks for this store, crazy prices and top quality items.

There was a miss pricing in a item I wanted to get. The price shown was significantly lower than what it actually was. The manager corrected the mistake,but still honored it,and was very kind and professional. I was able to find all the things i needed, love the enviroment,and good products available for all sorts of crafting needs. Thank you

I know Joann's is "pet friendly" but I don't appreciate a kitten running around the store for hours unsupervised. It is my understanding that the 8 week old kitten belonged to an employee - Sam. Is the kitten confused or afraid being in a big unfamiliar place? Did the kitten have an accident somewhere unknown or mark territory? Did the kitten get cat hair on fabrics while taking a nap? I love cats (have 5) but I don't appreciate this open pet policy in a fabric/craft store. The worst part is Sam was vaping openly and regularly while working including operating the cash register. Someone with asthma or other respiratory issues wouldn't be happy. And it wasn't just plain flavored or nic juice in that vape .Your speech and constricted pupils give you away Sam! Shameful employee behavior and management!!

Cashier staff is excellent, but why is the fabric lady so nasty? Sheila, if you don’t make eye contact and mutter about “how ya doing” sorry not sorry, that does not translate to “what can I do for you” it sounds like you’re muttering about “how ya doin” while still completing another project. And multitasking is fine, but then don’t give me nasty attitude because I didn’t leap up onto your counter screaming my order for the whole store to hear, because I was being patient and polite to wait until you were ready for me. I’m truly sorry for you apparently never having experienced someone trying to be polite to you, but you work in service, as I have also done for a very long time, you should know how to talk to people. Second time buying fabric here, second time fabric staff was unnecessarily above and beyond rude for no reason.

Yikes- if you're looking for customer service, this store doesn't have any. Decent selection of items, but don't expect any employee quality.

The customer service is wonderful. There was an error in my receipt and the person solved it right away for me when I called. I didnt realize it was less then 45 min before they closed and she was busy but she still was professional and courteous. A rarity nowadays.

Karly was absolutely killing it today managing front end and the fabric counter with only one other associate working.She also was very personable and had a positive attitude despite how short staffed they were.

I just spent half an hour waiting for help getting a fabric that arrived at the store on the 30th, it's the fourth. I didn't actually get the fabric because I got sick of waiting. The worst part was that one of the two associates obviously knew more than the other but instead of helping the associate assistant me they just kept making little shady comments about what the other was doing wrong. Like " oh, they're probably not looking at the numbers". Well great. Four customers have come and gone while I've been sitting here not being helped. If you're so good at this why aren't you helping me instead of trash talking your coworkers? I know everyone has to learn, but not at my expense
