Came here on st Patty's day. Paid a 10 cover fee per person, bar closed at 5, Took almost an hour to get the drinks the first time. Bathroom was trashed clogged and out of toilet paper. Need I say more

Ridiculously small signs in parking lot don't identify parking very well. I got towed, even though there were 5 people in this place.

Just stopped into the latte lounge. Got a stroopwaffle latte, it's very good. I can't wait to try some of the other special varieties they have.

Went here with a date past 12, walking by it seemed fun, people are relaxing at the bar, there’s a DJ so we wanted to check it out… bouncer said men have to be over 26! I get it you don’t want younger people there to ruin the crowd but why only men and not women too? sounds kinda sketchy and nasty to me

Great service overall. Kind and efficient bartenders! Would definitely go here again. Enjoyed DJ Maestro as well. Food can be slow to come out though when it's busy.

The menu online is nothing close to what's actually avaliable. The only item that's the same is the bbq shrimp. It's burgers, wings, chili, etc. Just bar food. How is it supposed to be a New Orleans style restaurant with nothing from that area. Plus I was told no phone takeout orders, so I went in to order. That's when I found out what the menu actually is. Such a disappointment.

Restaurant is so dead that the owner sits and watches security footage all day - waiting to tow away cars & take his cut from the towing company. Business is circling the drain. Menu is terrible, another failed business in this location. Go read the review about the owner telling someone they should drive away from his business while intoxicated or he’d tow away their car.

Terrible service. Awful drinks and food. We were the ONLY people in the bar and it took them about an hour to bring out the cold fries we ordered and one of the cocktails we ordered had totally flat soda. After my friend had a few drinks I said I would drive her home and the bartender told me her car would be towed if it was left here overnight. I said she couldnt drive and the “owner” said that regardless the car would be towed so we had to move her car out of the lot and I had to follow her carefully driving home. There were many cops around it was stressful and terrible service I will NEVER come here again. No one should be threatened for trying to do the safe thing especially since we were literally the ONLY CARS IN THE PARKING LOT

I called in an order to be picked up. The woman on the phone told me no problem and to pick it up in 20mins. Once I got there, she told me they weren’t able to make my order and the menu online was different than what they were actually able to make. She offered me something else off their menu or a refund. The menu they showed me was “meh” so I took the refund. It would’ve been nice to get a phone call about my order as soon as they knew it couldn’t be made. Waste of time, and now I have to wait even longer for a meal from somewhere else.

Terrible customer service, you’ll be waiting hours for your food and they can’t seem to even get your order right, way over priced food that has zero flavor. Not to mention the drink prices are insane and they can’t seem to even make that right. Don’t recommend this place to anyone. Also over heard so many employees complaining about not getting paid. 4 employees walked in and walked out angry because they didn’t get paid right or they where cheated out of hours in there checks. This place is huge mess. Stay away.
