Any review that I do about a retail business will always be based around the leadership because they're ultimately responsible for what goes on with the day to day operations. Over the last 2 years, every experience that I've had at this Kay location has gotten worse and worse. Last weekend's interaction with one particular employee assured that I will never step foor in this store again.I bought my wife a Leo diamond ring, and she gets scheduled inspections on it twice a year. It's been sent back in the last year for a stone missing from the band, so she is extra conscientious about inspecting it closely. She thought she was missing another stone from the band, so while we were Christmas shopping, she wanted to stop and have it inspected. We walked in, and whoever the only male employee was that was there on Saturday 11/25 was extremely rude to my wife. When she asked him if she could have it looked at, he acted as if he had better things to do and reluctantly took her ring... held it up to his eyes and said it looked fine. When she asked him to give it a thorough inspection, his response was... "I mean, I have perfect vision so I can see if something is missing, but if you want me to, I'll look at it." He took my wife's ring behind the counter for 30 seconds and came back and said it was fine.I have a suspicion that this guy is one of the managers at this location and if he is, Kay Jewelers should be utterly embarrassed to have this person representing their organization. Not only should this person not be managing a store, but he shouldn't be working in customer service in any capacity. I will not spend a single dime or millisecond of my time in this store ever again.And for what it's worth, there's no need to respond to me telling me that you're sorry for what happened and that you want to make it right because there are countless reviews before mine stating the same things about this store's staff. Yet, they remain. Kay's executive leadership is content with what they're offering the public as "service," and they should be embarrassed. Customers who spend their hard-earned money at this store deserve so much better than they're getting. If you're reading this, do yourselves a favor and drive to another location to spend your money... even if it's an hour away.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My fiancé and I have gone here 3 times since getting engaged. For sizing and paying off a bill. The staff are incredibly rude. They ignore you until they’re ready to get done gossiping amongst eachother. I felt rushed and thoroughly uncomfortable during my ring sizing which resulted in me *surprise surprise* getting a ring back to me that was still too big. Will forever go to a different Kay location. These people are literally awful. The older woman who works there is the worst one. I suggest firing the entire team and hiring new people.

This Kay Jewlers is a joke. The staff are SOOOO rude. My fiance and I went in the mall location to look for a ring because he was going to purchase one for me from here, to propose to me on vacation last week. The sales consultant we spoke to (blond lady, looked like Wendy Byrde from Ozark) helped us for approximately 10 seconds before she moved on to someone older who had the appearance of having more money. This is the SECOND time my fiance went to that Kay looking for a piece of jewelry for me, and went somewhere else for it because the staff wouldn't help him. They treated us like we were poor second rate citizens, and lost out on our money. He got my engagement ring somewhere else because the staff here is SO snobby and rude and judges' people on their appearance. So, needless to say I am engaged but Kay Jewlers and their snobby staff did nothing to help us. Don't go there unless you're dressed to the 9s they treat you like street trash.

Literally would give 0 out of 5 if I could. Since 2019 my original engagement ring broke 3 to 4 times in a 2 year span. Finally last year Kay decided their “ring” couldn’t be fixed to a liking and had me pick out a like ring similar to my original by price and or quality of diamond and after tears and heartbreak that I wouldn’t have my original engagement ring, I picked one out to now have the band snap in half. We have life time warranty and could get it fix but why at this point? It’s not the ring my husband proposed to, I went from the center diamond constantly falling out to hardly wearing my now band and “new” engagement ring and the “new” ring breaking too. Save yourself and your future wife tears and stress. Don’t buy cheap quality jewelry

So I am a client at this store and I just happened to call prior to make the sale and get there so I ask qestions about the product I wanted to get, ask if they had it, the price, have it and gave me the price wich I said sold I'm coming in. Get there I and I said I'll take it get to the register and she noticed it was 150.00 more I said that's not my fault correct the problem for the next clients. So lee assistant manager couldn't come up with no deal to try and get the sale do to fact of that mistake. I'm only the assistant manager can do nothing I'm like so no deal at all. To me Mr. Lee is just a cashier with no business skills. Lost a deal but their own mistakes. Thanks you again Mr. Lee for failing on your position.

ALL I AM GOING TO SAY IS DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. I MADE A PURCHASE AND IT WAS A GIFT, THAT BEING SAID THE RECEIVER RETURNED IT AND THEY SAID I WOULD GET THE REFUND 7-10 DAYS. I PURCHASE IT LATE MARCH EARLY APRIL, THEY SENT ME A CHECK WITH MY NAME ON IT WITH AN ADDITIONAL LAST NAME,OF COURSE I WOULDNT BE ABLE TO CASH IT. ( I WHOLEHEARTEDLY BELIEVE THIS WAS DONE ON PURPOSE) JUST MADE ANOTHER OF AT LEAST 7 CALLS SINCE THE FIRST CHECK AND THEY SAY ITS ON ITS WAY. I WILL DEFINITELY BE CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND FILING A CLAIM AGAINST THEM !! AGAIN, DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE !!!

Really horrible lighting... you can't hardly see the jewelry once it's out of the case. The manager did apologize about it though.

This is what Kays Kay Jewelers did to our ring after sending it back for sizing not only did they damage the diamond but also sized the ring from a side 7 to another size 7 when I was sized at the store for a size 6 so in another words not only did they ruined my ring on both sides but also gave me the wrong size back! Yet the store at Greece mall NY did not take any responsibility for damaging our jewelry. They offer nothing but the sale they had going on not once offer to take responsibility or take credit for their mistake! Not once the problem was reported to the shop that did this horrible job or to the district manager. Once again horrible service can’t begin to describe how upset and hurt we are of putting our engagement ring in their hand.Worse experience of my life, our ring was damaged, broken, sized wrong by the shop, after multiple attempts to speak to customer service 3 times one for 3 hours the next time for over 5 hours on the phone and no help or compassion for ruining our ring and several conversations with Joseph the manager at GREECE VIEW MALL Greece NY refused to help us an compensate for thw damage the store caused to our engagement ring, to finally returning the ring an no effort from his part to care or help us fix our problem mind you they are at fault for this issue for damaging an wrong doing the size of our ring. The customer service sucks they don’t care about their customers they only CARE ABOUT THE SALE AN COMMISSIONS! so disappointed on this company.

Was looking for a wedding band. The lady that helped me insulted me and told me to go to Walmart. I went to The Source across the parking lot and they got me exactly what I wanted and gave me a huge discount.
