12 piece family meal with sides, $42.The chicken was dry, the portions were small, and thank you pony tail manager, the long hair found in the bucket of chicken was not a welcomed surprise!Restaurant is clean, but apparently don't let it's looks deceive you!Friday night last minute decision for dinner for the family was a big let down!Money is hard to come by for a family of 5 that needed a quick solution.Do not trust the looks! The quality was not there for the $$$$ price. Service was good, but no thanks on the hair in the bucket!Very disappointed!

Disgusting. This happened on 12/17. The guy preparing the food was laughing and throwing food around. The food was thrown out because it wasn’t eatable. I will be reporting to corporate. Have a little more respect for your job or pick another profession. I hope management calls out this guy and they review the cameras. That guy should be fired!

The staff are wonderful. Very nice and respectful! Quick to help at the counter. Would be returning here. The restaurant is clean.

I'm disappointed the Senior Citizen 10% discount has been replaced with a free drink at the 3208 Chili AveRochester, NY 14624. I purchase the 10 pc dark meat bucket w a large side of mac and cheese w two biscuits. Take out and go home where I have what I want to drink.PS: This page does not have the address for the Chili store.

Food was not great. They gave me a wing with the tail end not there. They must be using low quality oil because the texture of the chicken was not right. Oil issue seems like a problem in the area though. Mashed potatoes was good. The best thing about the whole meal was the mashed potatoes.
