I just got my hair done today by Ella and I absolutely love my hair!! She is absolutely a gem and the place is so lucky to have her! She spent 8 hours doing my hair with such great care and I appreciate it so much that she took the time to make sure I left the place very satisfied which I did! I can’t wait to go back next time and make another appointment with her. I found my perfect hair stylist finally! Also, Danielle her boss was such a beautiful soul too, super sweet and loving! It was an amazing experience! Thank you kindly Ella, and it was lovely meeting Danielle!

I have been coming to La Salon Bianca for 5 years now. I have thick, curly hair, so I don’t get it cut often and have had pretty traumatic haircuts by inexperienced hairdressers in the past. The team here does such a wonderful job and I don’t go anywhere else. This salon team has been there for me through my different styles, my wedding party looks, and post-surgery hair washes when I couldn’t do it myself. Highly recommend La Salon Bianca for curly girls.

I brought my daughter to get her hair colored blonde & was given a consultation by one hairdresser. She suggested highlights would bring out the most blonde, so we followed her suggestion. Another hair stylist actually did her hair & was shown the picture. Her hair did not turn out blonde, it was a lighter brown with streaks. I called the next business day to let them know we were not satisfied and I was told by the hairdresser & receptionist they would fix it for free. My daughter showed them another picture to see if they could get it lighter by doing it another way & the hair dresser agreed & suggested a different service since the first one they recommended didn't work. After the second time I went to pick her up and was told the owner said I had to pay a product fee, which I was originally told it would be free. I didn't so much mind a surprise product fee, but it was $120!!! This was on top of the $260 I had initially paid the first time. The owner apologized for the miscommunication & explained she was already loosing money by providing another service. As a business owner, sometimes you loose money to make things right. Shame on you for charging me another fee!!!

I was really excited to book an appointment at the salon because of all of the high reviews. The picture below of me in a striped sweater is the haircut that I wanted to receive at my appointment today. The picture of me in the cream crewneck is the haircut that I received, which is much more similarly related to a mullet. With this being said the salon did do a nice job of trying to fix the haircut. Yes, that picture on the right is after they tried to fix it. Upon checking out, she asked me if I would like to pay the hairdresser that fixed my hair or receive the treatment For free, but at that point I was crying and just wanted to leave. At the end of the day, the other people in the salon looked like they were receiving fantastic haircuts, and I think mine may have just been a fluke thing. That being said, I'm still extremely disappointed and upset with my experience with the salon.

Very affordable and knowledgeable about products. Ashley and the other stylists were very friendly and even offered me Hot Chocolate instead of coffee since I can't drink that as a courtesy. They really went the extra mile. I have been here 3 times and the coloring is really consistent. There is a lot of care in what they do!

After losing my hair to chemo. After it came back in, I hated it, i didnt want to go in public.I decided to try La Salon..The hairdresser
stated she had alot of experience. I walked out lookimg like i had a mop on my head. I just cried.

In anticipation of traveling to Rochester, I made an appointment to get my hair cut and colored at La Salon Bianca. My schedule was somewhat chaotic and I only had 2 hours to spare for my hair. I have been getting my hair colored for years and it typically takes 90-120 minutes to get it cut and colored so I was hopeful two hours would be enough. I arrived and showed my stylist what I wanted and after consulting another stylist she mentioned that she would need 3 hours at minimum to do the color. I get it. I'm sure there's reasons it takes a bit longer here (technique etc) but unfortunately, as a busy professional, I just didn't have (nor rarely do have) 3+ hours to spend on getting my hair done. That said, I was able to get it cut and styled and my stylist was absolutely lovely and gave me a great cut and lovely style. She was thoughtful and listened to me and was very personable. If you are someone who likes a lingering, lovely salon experience, this may be your spot!

I never write a review and it was months ago that I got my hair done here but I'm still upset with how I was treated. Audrey did not seem very knowledgeable on how to cut my hair. I was treated very poorly. She pulled my hair really hard while washing it. My hair was bleached 2 years ago and never had a problem with someone washing it and untangling it. She also burned my scalp with the blow dryer as she was drying it. I thought for the price it would be worth it but it was not. I haven't been to a salon since because of fear of this kind of service happening again. I did not get the hair cut I wanted. I had a relative go here with a different stylist and she liked her cut. I think I just got the wrong stylist.

As someone that has both curly and wavy hair, I have struggled to find someone that provides a cut I really like that works well with my hair type. Marissa did an amazing job and brought out my curls/waves in all the right ways!

I am new to the area and was looking for a reputable salon. I had hair that was past my bellybutton. I went in wanting a style that had heavy layers. I left with NOTHING I asked for. Almost a FOOT of my hair was cut off. Jackie, the hairstylist, NEVER showed me the amount of hair she was going to cut off until it was already done. I was clear that I only wanted what was dead off the ends. Not a foot of my hair cut off. On top of that I did not even leave with any layers. I was shocked when I saw my hair and just wanted to leave. On top of that they charged me $75!!! First of all that is RIDICULOUS for a hair cut, especially because they cut off so much of my hair and I didn't even get the layering I wanted. AVOID THIS SALON. Owner has HORRIBLE customer service. If you value your hair please do not go to this salon!!!!Service: Haircut

They're insane if they think I would ever let them near my hair again with a pair of scissors Edit: My hair was dry cut and then washed. Makes no sense. And this is why I don't understand an "up charge" for long hair as mine was already chopped to hell before any "products" were used. Please do not be fooled by this salon. If you value your hair and want to get what you asked for, find another place.
