I ordered two women's sundresses and paid for the order via PayPal. I noticed about 2 hrs later that only 1 dress was in the order with the $10 charge for shipping. I contacted Lands End and was told because I didn't notice it within one hour they could not correct whatever happened with their system. So I ended up paying $10 shipping for a $19 dress. I'm not happy and won't be ordering from them again, be careful and triple check your cart before you buy!!

The staff here were friendly and assisted us and finding the clothes we needed for our children. They open an additional fitting room area so we did not have to wait.

Went in to use the bathroom and peek around. Employees must have thought me and my brother were stealing based on our appearance, we were followed around by the floor employees and repeatedly told that the store closes at 6 (we came in around 5:15) didn't end up buying anything, felt so uncomfortable about the situation that we just left.

I went to make returns of things that I had originally shipped to my house. Returns were easy. But they had very few clearance items for men.

The store is very nice. Very organized, clean, friendly staff. I had ordered online , 2 different sizes and had to return the ones that did not work out. While starting a return I noticed a Landsend store 58 miles from me. Was very surprised, had no clue one was there. So did the return, received a coupon for 10% off, of course I looked around. Yep I found some jean looking pants fit perfect. I love them,..... Great find, great price so happy I discovered the store not to far away. Was a beautiful day for a drive!!!!!

Excellent sale prices. Quality remains very good. Selection was nice. Only complaint., Same jacket purchased 2 different days, 2 different colors. Would not price preferred colored jacket the lower price. I can understand....to a degree...
