Excellent in every possible way!The food is excellent every time, in both quality and consistency. Salads, breakfast sandwiches, soups and wraps—all made from fresh and high quality ingredients! Even the simplest menu item is sure to please! The Lobster Bisque is especially out of this world and hard to beat. I tour all over Rochester as a private food critique and have yet to find a better one. You have to be early and you have to be quick because this soup gold can only be snatched—on Fridays! ( Come on L&B give the people more LB! )The service at Leaf & Bean is always friendly and expedited well. Leaf & Bean is clean, organized and well maintained. The owner frequents the store and I have seen him play many rolls to keep this cafe’ thriving. The atmosphere is happening at mealtime yet completely inspiring for this local author’s out of house writing time. It’s a great spot (indoors or out) to knock out a few hours of editing, personal business or in-person mentoring. I love my in house Double Cappuccino Italiano, and my husband can’t rave enough of their Cronuts!Their packaged cookie provider, “Jacks Sweet Shack,” whom bakes from a local kitchen, is a delicious addition that allows this town to support yet another local entrepreneur.Leaf & Bean Coffee Co. is Chili New York’s secret gem, make the stop!

The sweets here, wow. They're fantastic. The espresso bar is always great, and we frequently take home bags of their regular beans for our own coffee maker.I haven't tried the menu options.

Dirty, and I don’t see employees wearing gloves to prepare food. Also employees eating potato chips with bare hands out of container that will go on sandwich plates for customers touching their mouths and then taking more chips with contaminated hands. Looked up inspections and many violations listed.

Great food, great desserts, nice atmosphere. Always love their specialty drinks. I don't like their mocha though, it just tastes super sweet and not at all like mocha, so I wouldn't recommend that.

Delicious food! Great, little cozy cafe, often busy and have to do takeout. I hope they can get into a little bit larger place to accommodate their growing clientele.

My all time favorite hang-out. The food is fantastic as is are the drinks. All forms of hot and cold sandwiches and drinks. Service is exemplary. Prices are good, plenty of seating with ambient music. Seasonal specialty drinks are available.Update; 2/2023. The interior and exterior got very nice makeovers the menu changed a little as have the hours in the last year or so. Drinks and food is still excellent and a great place to meet friends and colleagues. Now closed on Sundays. Parking was changed last year, but still plenty. Best coffee shop I've been to still.Update 7/23: They have switched a couple of their bakery vendors and the goods are just as tasty as before with new selections.Parking: In the plaza. Some people don't stop at the crossing, so be careful. It is lit at night.

Super cute and cozy coffee shop. Ordered a Honey Oat Latte and it was delicious. They also have tons of baked goods; including several gluten-free options. They also serve food like breakfast sandwiches, wraps, soup & salads, and paninis. I'm a Starbucks girl, but if I lived closer to Leaf & Bean - this would be my new go-to!Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free options!

Super nice atmosphere, super nice staff, super good food. A little confusing knowing where to go to order what, but otherwise

Decent food. Girls working at the front don't seem to understand how rude they come off by eyeballing you when chatting and laughing as they work. Showed the blonde barista by talking in the same manner to the cashier next to her - she got the message. :)

Love this place but their hours are unfortunate. I came and realized it’s closed. While I got my kids back into the car, 4 more people came and didn’t realize it was closed. I could have sworn they used to be til 8 even on tuesdays. Could be wrong.Anyways— I drive 15 min from Henrietta to come here, it’s that good.

It was very busy, but the staff were very patient and great to work with. I enjoyed spending time with some friends here. The mango lemonade was delicious!

Do you know anything about coffee you will hate this place. How can a "Coffee shop" not have cold brew? I tried the iced Americano instead and it tasted horrible.... they have great food from what it looks like. And the dessert selection looked awesome too. Hope they can get a real professional coffee person and figure that out. They have unreal potential if they figure that out. Nothing even close the this level of Cafe anywhere near this part of town....
