Can't say I end up here to often but man I will say, they were the only ones who had my parts recently, store is amazingly clean compared to other suppliers of this nature and the employees that work there departments don't make that quick "u-turn" as they see u walking In there directions "cough cough won't say home depots name"..... definitly will have to look into a comercial account with them for my business needs.

BUYER BEWARE! LOWES WILL KEEP YOUR CASH! Our refrigerator died and we went to LOWES Greece NY to buy a new one. Found one and bought it using $1000 cash from our rainy day fund and the rest on credit card. Lowes could not deliver as promised and kept postponing delivery dates. We could not wait that long so we bought one somewhere else and returned our Lowes purchase. The store General Manager said he could not give our $1000 cash back and we had to accept a gift card that will be sent to us by mail as our only option. He then told me I am to bring the gift card back to the store and HOPEFULLY he can call to get authorization to issue a cash refund. I would be ok with a check by mail, BUT A GIFT CARD! As a consumer I feel like we have just been ROBBED BY LOWES! Do not buy large purchases with cash! They issue a gift card by mail for cash returns! Never heard of such a lousy customer service practice.

Lowe's is probably OK if you can pick something out yourself. However, if you need assistance you're out of luck. On a recent visit I needed a piece of glass cut to size, after 5 or 6 pages and waiting 25 minutes, someone finally showed up to do the job. Today was even worse. I needed a piece of plywood cut down the middle. No kidding, after many pages and waiting for at least 45 minutes I gave up. In the next 45 minutes I drove to Home Depot, picked out the wood, had it cut, and drove back to where I started. I guess I should have done that in the first place and saved myself the frustration of waiting at Lowe's for non-existent help. There were 2 other people waiting for the same help. One also gave up and headed for Home Depot, the other was still waiting when I left. They might still be standing there.

Standing in a line 8 people deep waiting to scan my own purchase is unacceptable. Fix it or lose me as a regular customer. PS I am a handicapped person and I walked to the other end of the store to pay at the contractor desk.

This place is so annoying! Every time I go in I have to cash myself out. There are NEVER ANY cashiers and today the girl that came over to help me cash out mumbled “something” and was actually rude while doing so! We have spent so much money at Lowe’s renovating our kitchen at our home and at our cottage and are tired of having to do the work of cashing ourselves out just because this store refuses to hire people and pay them. We are taking our business elsewhere and will not step foot in this poorly managed store again! .

A few days ago I went and visited the store in search of a refrigerator. I saw one due to the dimensions it adjusted to the space that I have at a discounted price. I bought it with a 5 year protection. When the necessary time for its connection elapsed. The equipment lacked electrical connections, it did not light up and its temperature remained high to move it you had to rent a van. When I got to the store, they didn't want me to call to have it repaired. I said that the protection is not for a home repair, it is to ensure that it breaks within 5 years. Cost of work that they will accept it I do not understand that a store deceives a client like this

I've purchased a hammer, vacuum, dremel, utility knife, [one of every color] electric tape, and color specific can of paint.I prefer Lowe's over Home Depot.

They’ll price match another store but not a different Lowe’s. Same item but $75 difference!! Be very careful when purchasing items of Larger value as stores that are only twenty minutes drive apart, can vary greatly. Purchased a vanity recently as well and there was a price difference of around $700!!

Customer service at this location is horrible. Spent 15 minutes walking around to find a cart for wood. All the cart are in the store bro g used by workers. When we asked a couple of associates they said to go to the parking lot. There are no carts in the parking lot. The associates did not bother to help. Very disappointed.

I was waiting in line to be checked out , only two registers open and no self checkout when the cashier in my line began yelling at the other cashier. She finished with the customer ahead of me and snarled at me saying "I told you I was closed!". I was so taken aback that I left without my purchase. I phoned the store after leaving and spoke to Chris the manager who didn't seem to care. VERY Disappointed! No apology offered!

Very dissatisfied with this store , especially dealing with Laurie, one of the head managers who was extremely rude and disrespectful when I told her that I had to come and rent a insulation machine from their store because I was sent from Brockport due to their machine being down. Her issue with me coming to their store and renting the machine was that I purchased insulation from Brockport and not their store but using their machine so they are not getting the insulation sale. She made it very clear that it’s not fair to their store and they will let it slide this time but the next. Very horrible customer service especially when both stores are supposed to be working together since they are under the name Lowes. While I’m writing the review, might as well mention Everything, I shop here for 4-8 times a week. The Pro area never has carts restocked. The loaders sit on their phones behind the pro desk and never paying attention to customer needs or help with anything

This place literally lets you shop lift. I was checking out and I saw a guy walk out with a cart full of tools and the alarms started going off. One worker looked back and then continued working and the other worker said “hey sir” very lightly and the guy ignored him then went back to work. No one did anything more than that!! Come on hire security or at least take a picture of the guys plate. The guy ripped the alarm sensor off the package in the parking lot and was going off in the parking lot when I was leaving. As a customer watching this whole thing unfold I learned on how easy it is to shop lift from here with no consequences! It’s like you can have anything free from here.

I brought a LG kitchen appliance set from here. My freezer and ice maker on my brand new refrigerator stopped working. I put a claim in March of 22 and its June of 23 and I had to call again to see what's going on and the agent I spoke with told me exactly when I called the complaint in. I find it hard to believe that in over a year no one has reached out to me and I had to call back. In the mean time I've lost everything I had in my freezer. They had a guy come out to diagnose and fix the problem. Let's just say the problem has gotten worse now my refrigerator is starting to not keep things cold, and now I'm waiting for appointment #2. It's depressing a refrigerator that was about $1800 went bad in under a year. And even worse I paid for the warranty to have the worst customer service and to lose all my food. Thank you Lowe's for the experience
