Amazing experience at this location. Went in with a pair of shorts that I purchased at college and had only wore a few times when a noticed a small hole in the shorts. These shorts had some sentimental value because I just graduated and were no longer being sold (also had my college logo embroidered). The ladies at the front desk of the Pittsford location were able to come up with a viable solution that left me very pleased with my purchase. Overall, this was one of my best customer experiences with any major brand. They ensured that I was happy with the options and really took the time and care to assist.

My wife and I had the best service at Lululemon on Monroe today. Ellie helped us with exchanging one of my wife’s favorite coats with a stuck zipper. We love this location because we always get great service here but today was over the top! Thanks.

I don’t support this organization. They’re clothes are so expensive. With a 30 day return and exchange window they don’t stand by their overpriced products. I was given a late gift that unfortunately doesn’t fit and they refused to exchange a brand new top for an appropriate size. The tags were on with the the gift receipt and in the same bag. I asked about the exchange program and they said i’m sorry we’re not accepting tops. So instead of shopping for more products i left their store. The people were rude and had nothing to say other then No.
If you’re going to have over priced products J encourage you to stand by them. During this Holiday Season i encourage you not to bother buying gifts for loved ones.

The lady who helped me this morning was so nice- I feel so bad because I have horrible hearing and she asked me how my day was and I genuinely did not hear her until my friend who was with me told me about it after. Not sure what the workers name was but I would love to apologize to her for that?

So much bigger inside than I thought it would be! Located in a convenient plaza, this was the perfect stop to get a few things with my sister & niece! The staff is very attentive and helpful to needs. There were some sales racks, and plenty of styles for all different tastes!
