Everyone is very friendly and helpful. With a scheduled appointment I’m not waiting too long for work to be completed. When something needs is found to need additional work, I’m almost always asked if I’d like a loaner, which I did use on this last visit. I would recommend Bob Johnson Mazda to friends and family.

Making an appointment for routine service is extremely easy. From the manager to the technicians & cashier, the Service Department is top notch in their expertise, professionalism & customer care. A comfortable seating area is also available for those who choose to wait for their car.

We were about to renew registration. Realized that inspection sticker was missing. Wayne was very kind to help us out with urgent appointments. We ended up needing multiple services to tire and brakes. He helped us out very quickly with very reasonable pricing . Thank you.

I had 4 new tires installed 2 days ago. On my way home the car didn’t feel right but I dismissed until I got on the parkway when it began to shake quite violently. I live 25 miles from the dealership, and I didn’t want to damage the car, so I went to the closest tire shop. Turns out 4 tires were out of balance. Apparently, the Mazda dealership installed the tires and didn’t bother to balance them, which I paid for. I expect they will reimburse me the $65 I paid for the tires to be balanced. We will see.,

Horrible business. I had an awful service experience for a new CX5 signature that I bought from this dealership. It was having a really bad wind noise issue and I dropped off the car through an appointment to get it fixed. It stayed with them for 5 business days. After not receiving any calls and they didn't pick up any of my calls, I visited in person to check and the service parts manager giggled saying they haven't even taken a look at it and won't have time for it. Went in the next day and still not. At this point, my new car was catching dirt in their lot. They didn't provide any loaner vehicle.Awful people, bad customer service. They just want your money. Avoid at all cost. Look around for others that actually care for their customers and not just dismiss them like that.

I worked with George Leach again in the second Mazda vehicle I have purchased from Bob Johnson Mazda. George is very professional and is a pleasure to work with. I HIGHLY recommend George and this entire dealership. They delivered a great car at a great price and perfectly clean and full of gas. Nice job Bob Johnson Mazda of Henrietta NY!

Although the service people were friendly and helpful, overall I'm not impressed with the dealership from the beginning when I first purchased the car. Sat for hours waiting to speak with management just to tell them I didn't want the extended warranty and all the other extra stuff they try to sell you. On the day of delivery the salesman handed me the keys and showed me to the car and then so long. No overview of the features on the car or anything just thanks and see ya. Needed service for a vibration in the steering wheel and it took three weeks to get an appointment and then had to wait three and a half hours for them to balance the tires. That's a ridiculous amount of time for such a small simple task.

I got a good deal on lease during Covid. But lately, service has been poor. It took more than a month to service a wheel rim while the car was unusable! Horrible service and the service department is very difficult to contact. They asked more than double for the 4 breaks change or 1800 USD but it's less than 800 USD if you do it from outside. So the after-sales service is pretty horrible. The car lease price increased from initial promise. I felt as I am an immigrant they are trying to exploit my less known territory of car leases. I regret trusting Bob Johnson Mazda!

Such a wonder experience. I just leased my 3rd Mazda, and by far this was the best experience. Sara was super kind and relatable. She was upfront and honest, and made the whole process quick and easy. I truly feel like I got the best deal without all the hassle. I can't tell you how much I appreciate a female sales rep, it just made the whole experience more comfortable. With that being said all the staff was kind and curiosity. 12/10 would recommend ?

Started my new car shopping at this dealership. Was my first visit here. Wanted a CX-5 Premium Plus, Crystal Blue Mica with black interior. They had, in stock, the exact car I wanted, at an acceptable price and reasonable trade-in value. They even did a couple things for me that I think were above and beyond. Happy with my experience so far. Sales experience was good. Will see how the service part goes. Expect that will be good as well.

I brought my car in for routine maintenance. The maintenance service team was friendly, courteous, and professional. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The worked completed on my car was explained thoroughly and clearly. I am very pleased and impressed with the service I received from Bob Johnson Mazda. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a Mazda, or have the Mazda serviced.

Honestly for the most part I had a smooth experience. My sales rep was Matt Diamond and he provided great customer service! This was my first time buying a car and the whole process was daunting to me but he answered all my unsure questions and made me comfortable to the most. Matt didn't pressure me into buying things that I wasn't comfortable with in my price point. Got a good deal with my car and happy with my purchase. Mazda keep up the good work with your customer service and to Matt, thanks for hooking me up man?. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car. 10/10 will buy again!

Beginning service on my car was easy. I scheduled online, and just drove into the service area. Check-in was quick. The waiting area is beautiful. I received a report on my phone from the technician. The checkout was pleasant. One service that I ordered was tire rotation. Shortly after I left, my dash panel gave me a warning of low air in my tires. Evidently they did not check the air once they rotated tires. That was my only disappointment.

Contacted this dealership through email to inquire about a particular car/trim package. I asked what my bill would be looking like for it and they sent it promptly. I was working with George Leach and he was patient and helpful especially considering we had to jump through hoops with my bank and me being out of state. He got me the exact car I wanted and got me in and out the door with it.Edit: Dropped down my rating after trying to get in contact with their title department to get my car title from them. I need this so I can get a license plate to legally drive the car I bought from them. I've email, called and left messages with no response.
