This visit, end of January, they had lots of clearance items. The racks are very disorganized, however.

Too much crammed into the store to move comfortably. The line was crazzzzzzy but moved quickly and the staff with whom I interacted with was extremely pleasant.

Good selection and reasonable prices. Oftentimes, Marshalls has had what I wanted at a fair price.. If not, I just went to another location. However, I must deduct a star because of the poor organization of merchandise. I have always had to hunt for what I got.

Very surprised the stuff they had I liked. Good quality, great price, value everywhere. Very friendly staff. Even though it was super long in line to check out it went quickly.

5/24/24 6:15pm I waited in line for over 30 minuets and still didn’t get waited on. The line was wrapped around and you only had 2 registers opened. One employee was up there never opened another register and walked away. Another one was attempting to restock shelves and the third employee was just standing around by the register with a bullet proof vest on. Thats just what I saw up front, not sure if there were more but another register should’ve been opened, especially with how long the line was. The amount of sales you lost is more than I make in a week. I was going to spend a lot of money but decided to take my business elsewhere due to waiting in line for over 30 minutes and only 3 people got through the line. At this rate, I would’ve had to sleep there. Unfortunately the way that store is run, you lost my business along with the other people that left.
