Needed to get my rotors and brake pads replaced. They were able to start on it right away. Told me exactly what I needed and were up front with the cost of the service. Would recommend to anyone that needs brakes replaced.

Great service! I truly appreciate Ace and the guys at Mavis Tire on Spencerport Rd! I had an unexpected incident on 490 this morning. I had to have my car towed. They were able to get me back on the road the same day! Thank you all so much!!

The place is kinda hit or miss. Depending on what you’re going there for and who they have in the front. There is always new employees, specifically the manager role. I’ve had two occasions where I’ve had issues with ACE, if it’s not the correct pricing it the
Overly inappropriate comments about looks. Customers are there for service not to be hit on continuously especially if you can tell the person is uninterested. Customer service training is needed.
