Mark was very personable and accommodating. When we slept on the mattress at home it seemed harder than what we tried in the showroom. Mark told me this is to be expected as there is a wearing in period.But... I did not know all sales were final, as per the receipt. There is no trial period and there is a $99 fee to exchange for a different mattress.

Mark was very patient with us as we tried out many mattresses to be able to find the right one. He wasn't pushy at all and gave us a lot of time to decide. Thanks to Mark we made a decision and didn't even go look anywhere else. Also his suggestion to get an adjustable base to go with the mattress made it even better.
