Every time I stop in this store I am taken care of with unbeatable service. All my questions are answered and my needs are beyond met. I highly recommend this store.

Worst service in all my days of life. We were told our bill was due on the 3rd for 80 a mth. We get home and our bill was 89 on the 2nd. Also tried to tell the guy that address on license was wrong and was completely ignored all 4 times I asked to change it. Had to call corporate to have plan adjusted and fixed. Lazy liar. Will NEVER buy phones there again.

For this to be the corporate store, my experience here was horrible. I have visited 3 other metro stores and this one had the worst customer service!! If i wasn't only a family plan, i would switch services. These are my opinion and mine only based on my personal experience. Update: i had to return to this store and what a totally different experiemce! Customer service was on point and very helpful. I now will feel comfortable going back to Hudson.

The front desk person had no idea how to take a insurance payment. He first told us we had to pay online, it clearly state if paying in cash go to a metro dealer and pay them. He also was rude and unprofessional. He should of greated us with a (how are you today, may I help you. Not (what do you need). It's poor service. He also said he can take the money and let his boss handle it. I asked him I would like a receipt for my payment. He said he can't and he would write on a piece​ of paper saying I gave him the money. If that's the service they give, then they should not be open for service. That's bad business and I will share my experience on social media. It's my opinion and right to report dishonest business's. I will never go there AGAIN!!

Wasnt greeted or helped - just stared at awkwardly. Briefly explained what type of phone I wanted to buy and asked to see what they had available. I Couldnt even understand the employee. Dont bother going here if you dont speak spanish.

I have had service with Metro PCS for over a year now and am extremely satisfied with it. I recently went in to this location to get an upgrade on my phone and I couldn't be happier than I am with my new phone. The customer service at this location is always phenomenal and they really know how to upsell their ithef ptiducts as well. I am a very happy and loyal customer!

Store owners really nice helped me out with the price on 3 new lines and one new phone I would have given them five stairs if they had a little bit better deal on newer model phones but all in all definitely going to be going back here to pay my bill or get a new phone and coming from a 10-year Verizon customer that says a lot
