The website doesn't tell you that to get internet you need to be a metro cell phone customer. Also several of the Metro stores I tried to go to were closed. The website needs to be updated.

I am Honored to give feedback for Jenifer at the METROPCS location (673 Monroe Rochester NY 14620) m'Lady, Jenifer is the very definition of - 'The Greatest Customer Service Representative' - In any Cell phone company, I have been a part of!!!Jenifer, is Very Caring and Understanding, she is very Honest with me no matter what, Kind, Respectful!!!! (which is huge with me) Jenifer is Personable and very sincere. She always greets me with a smile!She goes out of her way to help me every time! As I have waited in the store for my turn in line, I most happily report that seeing and listening to her talk to her customers with Caring and Respect. She is very knowledgeable!!! The best!!!If she doesn't know it how to help or have the answer, she'll work with you to the very end!! Jenifer is very well mannered, I am proud to be a Paying customer and be part of MetroPCS. Now, after the greatest customer service Representative! Jenifer!!! is working with me all these months and now I have the most confident faith in MetroPCS - I humbly say Thank You!!! m'Lady Jenifer! and If Your reading this! Jeniffer is the best! Today, I came in for a new phone and she helped me with everything! And I mean everything from setting up the phone to helping me pick out a case AND actually putting it on for me. She even checked the phone to make sure everything was working smoothly before I left the store. And she answered all my questions too. Overall, Jeniffer knew what she was doing and did it well! Thanks Jeniffer!

Metro PCS in general (but specifically this store) has stellar customer service! They’ve literally never let me down or made me feel unimportant. The manager, Jeniffer, has worked with me the last couple of weeks to secure a particular phone. She’s called other stores and even called her higher ups to help me get the product I need. Such a nice person! Def deserves a raise :) will 100% be a long-term customer of Metro PCS!

best place to go to when your phone is broken (upgrade) or just needs a new device. nice friendly environment. Jeniffer is one of the best reps and goes over and beyond for every customer she encounters with. She makes your experience personal yet definable!!! meaning she gets the job done, no excuses.. thank you for being you and having great customer service.

This woman, Jennifer/Jay, saved my life with porting my Verizon number and resubscribing to T-Mobile service. Took me 3 days of silly with Verizon and less than an hour with Jay. Thank you so much. She knows what she is doing.

I spent Saturday afternoon in this shop and jeniffer was a great help unlocking my iPhone, something her “611” customer service people could not do so I’m grateful for all the help. Anytime you need a phone issue taken care of go to her, and metro PCs if you read this give this girl a raise she has to do the rest of your jobs for you!

Customer service doesn't talk to the stores. Wrong information given and getting a free phone upgrade costs $145.00? That doesn't sound free to me.
