Ali was a perfect gentleman, and an honest one, I could have gone along and just simply paid another month, but I was informed I was caught up til end of Feb. unbeknownst to me. This store should be pleased to have such a good guy working for them. it means a lot these days.

I very irritated at the fact I travels to two Metro PCS locations and the one at 599 Chili Ave stated it was open until 8pm and it was closed when I arrived at 7:30pm and the on in Greece Ridge Mall stated it was open until 9pm and I arrived at 8pm. Thank you for wasting my time and gas! Much appreciated! FYI IT WOULD BE OF SERVICE TO UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE WITH THE CORRECT TIME OF HOURS OF OPERATION!!!!!

Every time, no matter what time of day no one answers the freaking phone. There were many times in the past I would show up during business hours and the gates were down, it was closed. I got a GREAT MONTHLY RATE by calling customer service, you know, the kind that sounds like it is from another country. $15.00 a month. I called them after going into the store one day and asking if they could do me a solid since they are advertising $25 a month. They said that is only for new customers. Heck I was only with them about 2 months when the promo came out. But I got things better for me without this local store that you can never seem to get a hold of.
