About Michael Nails

Michael Nails offers a range of services, including nail and foot care. While customers have reported long wait times, some have expressed disappointment with the quality of service. One reviewer felt that the nail technician misunderstood their request and struggled to correct the issue. Another reviewer appreciated the comfortable atmosphere and friendly staff, but felt that the prices did not match the level of service. To improve, some customers suggest increasing the number of staff on duty to reduce wait times and providing more attention to detail. Overall, the business has potential, but may need to refine its service to meet customer expectations.
