Bought a D5 Next through them that unfortunately ended up failing but Austin from their support made it right with free shipping both ways + prompt service/responses. Could not ask for better, they were extremely easy to work with.

Takes weeks for orders to be shipped, in fact still waiting more then 2 weeks later.Oh and they won't contact you when your orders gonna be late, I guess this company believes it's the customers responsibility.Trust me ,order from literally ANYWHERE else.

Submitted an order and didn't hear anything for 3 weeks. When i contacted them they said one product would be out of stock for 3 more months and they were holding the order. In that three weeks they never communicated with me there would be shipping delays because they were at a convention or that the product was out of stock until i reached out to see what was causing the delay. I talked with Austin who was very rude and unhelpful. I've been ordering here for a 7-8 years and as Austin so welcomely told me "Please feel free to place your order somewhere else". So i will go ahead and do that going forward.

Waste of time. Website says they have things in stock and they dont. You wait weeks for your order, then call them and they say they dont have it in stock. Complete joke.

These guys are great! Austin was amazing, very communicative, and emailed me update pictures on the system. Everyone there was very knowledgeable, had a great attitude, and loved what they do. I highly recommend mod my mods.
