The online scheduling was convenient, the waiting area was comfortable, and the service was completed in a timely fashion. Dana was friendly and communicative. My first visit, but I plan to be back. Also, if you need to get a snack while you wait, Wegmans is right across the street! Thanks for getting me in on short notice!

A shout out to my new mechanic Sam. Very thorough kind and fair. Took me on a Sunday afternoon at 2:30 and it's almost 100 out he's all by himself make a long story short I knew I needed tires along with my inspection. I told Sam what I wanted and that's exactly what I got. Did a fantastic job had me out of there in a decent time and checked on my comfort Monroe Auto are definitely lucky to have this employee running their store. The guy knows what he's doing thank you again Sam this is for you.

Very bad know workers came at 8:38 am wasted to come back at 1pm I wish I had went some place else almost left without my donut them they just Throw it in the back, didn't even put it beneath in back in the trunk.They supposed to put it back and lock it.They didn't do that
