Absolutely unhygienic, filthy, and disgusting. Towels and sheets were stained with long hairs on them. Stains of all colors; black, brown, yellow, red…Bathroom had knots of hair all over the floor and stains as well, and what looked like black mold. Fridge had layers of spills on every surface, and everything was in general disrepair. The beds weren’t even made, just had foam blankets and pillows thrown over the mattresses with strange lumps under the sheets. This exact type of review goes back 5 years on Google with the same empty response from management that they appreciate the feedback and will look into it. That is obviously lip service because nothing has changed. Charged $80 for this room, but I wouldn’t stay for free. Front desk person didn’t argue with us when we said we wouldn’t stay and was not unkind, but he couldn’t give us a refund because we booked online; hoping that refund will come through like he said. We were lucky enough to find another room in the area. Don’t stay here.

No refunds. These people will fart in a church for a dollar. No electricity from 8 pm, so no warming food or tv. Tv is old and has no netflix or amazon Prime, so it's useless anyway even if electricity is working.
No soap in bathrooms, only one dirty towel even though i checked that 2 people are coming, no heat at night cause of no electricity, and of course no refunds... so you pay full price and get only bed. For 100$, i could sleep in my van and get a better night of sleep and be able to charge the phone at least. Ice everywhere outside, so have to be careful not to fall. The room had a table for the laptop but no chair(but since there was no electricity cant use a laptop anyway). And there is a 1 recliner, but it's across from the mirror, so i guess you can sit and stare at yourself in the mirror in the dark.

In all my years are traveling this is The worst red roof I’ve ever stayed in. Reminded me more of a Motel 6: Two towels, one hand towel, one face cloth in the bathroom. It’s supposed to be no smoking, but as soon as you walk in the hallway, it smells like pot. The serve breakfast right in the lobby 5 feet from the front desk.

Stay away!! Dirty dirty dirty no soap in bathroom cigarette burns on bed just filthy nasty hotel. Front desk gentleman were great. Final straw was the broken glass pipe in the corner

The rooms smell horribly ugly. We had to fight to change rooms. Even at 6pm they were not ready. The attention is terrible. The only good thing is that it is next to the airport. The whole hotel smells disgusting.
You have to have the stomach to be there.
I don't recommend it except for the airport

Not bad but my room smelt a bit moldy and I couldn't take a shower and the heat took a bit of work to turn on & the TV didn't work at all but otherwise not bad at all but for $147 I expected better tho

This place is horrible. The room reeked of bleach, the fake wood floor had clear tape holding it together, the shower had pinkish stain/streaks, the blanket had a dark brown stain on it, the heater vent was loaded with dust, dirt, old candy, and mold. This place should be shut down. Stay away.

This place is filled with people in emergency housing through the county. Had i known i would have chosen a different place. It's not particularly clean either. And i went looking for staff one morning. There was nobody up front but the office door was ajar. I peeked inside and this is what i found. Needless to say, we never touched anything that wasn't individually wrapped by the manufacturer from then on. Keep your dirty continental breakfast!!!!

On their website, they said daily cleaning service is offered. But when I complained about there was no cleaning at all during the stay, they responded that I have to specifically requested the service, otherwise they won’t clean your room.
I also believe they didn’t even clean the room before you check in. The room floor was so sticky I can’t stand on the floor without my shoes.
You also have called them specifically to ask for toiletries. Because there would be none when you check in. And you have to be very thorough with your requests, because they would only bring the exact items you asked for.
There were stains on towels, bed sheets and pillows.
Overall, the low cost hotel/motel should’ve cut cost over other amenities. If they can’t even make sure the room is clean, that would be hard no.
Never would stay there again!!

No bugs, but the room was filthy, everything was a little bit broken, and the towels were covered in brown stains. Everything in the area was expensive for the night so I accepted paying $75 for this place. If I were you, I would not pay more than $50.

I stayed there about a week ago, the place was dirty I found tones of hair in My room , staind towels , worst of all my son got stung twice in the room there were bees and I got bit by bed bugs . Nothing got done when I brought it up to the front desk, not to mention the front of the place is under construction and things could fall on people . Bees all around the building .

I was shocked at how gross it was. The hallways to the rooms were dirty. There was no soap in the room, a dirty sheet covering the mattress. I had to fix the cable to watch anything. After checking in and going to the room, I looked for any other available room in a 30 mile radius. Unfortunately, I could not find any.
