1.appt time was 10:30 am did not get car back until 2 pm for a simple oil change.
2. Was quoted three different prices from call center. Picked the price option that was affordable only to drop car off and was informed the price was doubled due to the type of car I had. Will not be using Mr tire again.

Made appt 12/5 for 12/6 at 10:30am. Arrived at location, tires not in stock. They had me come back at 4pm. Took 2 hours to put tires on. 12/8 I need to put air in 1 tire, not weather related. Staff pleasant to me but very unprofessional. Call all on speaker phone. Talking to each other so everyone can hear conversations, vulgar language. Sign says under new management, the really need to be present.

The tech was over an hr late arriving so I sat for 90 mins BEFORE anyone even looked at my car, even making an appt..asked 3 times to have them check the tire pressure after a rotation because the psi would be wrong. Did not do it. I had to do it myself. Disappointed and took far too long.

Called for oil change and she said 59$, 45 minutes , set date , spent over an hour there to spend over 100$ on an oil change , my brakes have been squeaking and he couldn’t even tell me what was wrong , or even update my mile sticker in car , said he put air in my tire , the paper work says tires rotated but the plug in my tire is still in the same spot it was when I got there , never againn

Went for a quote of a wheel bearing replacement on a 2017 Impreza,
They charged me 50 dollars diagnostic fee to drive the car across the parking lot and tell me the bearing was failing which was the reason I came there.
Then they quoted me 1000$ for the replacements meanwhile 3 shops down the street quoted around 600$. Then tried to state some of the noise was cause by having “winter tires“ which they weren’t they’re cross climate 2’s.
Frankly they don’t seem to know what they’re doing and are just trying to money grab you at every angle. Go anywhere but here for your own good.

The boys working there got attitude... it was weird. As others stated, was sent there for an inspection only to be rudely and condescendingly told they don't do that there because there's clearly a disconnect between their call center and what they actually service. Unprofessional and a complete waste of time.

So disappointed in this shop. I went to get a break job and check engine light diagnosis. They initially told me they didnt know how much it would cost cause they dont know which part exactly needs to be replaced until after the smoke test, but they dont think it would be more than 100$. Got a call back and the guy told me the part would be 250$ and 180$ of labor. Called autozone for the EXACT same part and they said it was 50$ and theres no reason anyone would pay over 80$. Also said an hour of labor to replace this part is too much. He said I can find a video online and with no car experience can fix it in 30 minutes. Called the shop back and told them not to order and change the part, that i would do it later. Not only did they attempt to 500% mark up the part but when i came to pick up the car they told me they broke my hubcap and left the replacement in the back seat. They didnt even fix the part they broke. Probably mad I didnt pay 500$ for a job i can do myself for 50$. Go to a shop you can trust. These people just want to milk you of every dollar while doing the least amount of work and when you call it out they do not respond professionally at all:

Unprofessional,pot smoking, loud, argumentative,with phone calls,trying to customer work not needed on vehicles.i would not only recommend not to go there with family and friends too completely stay away

Very bad customer service… to get my wheels balanced they said they couldnt get lugnuts off which they did just fine… and tried to charge me 301.00 for new ones… had a 12:30 appt and never left until 3:30 also had to tell them to get working in it while they all stood there absolutely ridiculous

Terrible customer service. Took them 3 days to call and tell me they couldn't perform the work at the shop because they don't have anyone qualified enough to do the work. Crazy it takes 3 days just to get my car back unfixed. Doesn't really surprise me with the caliber of staff they have there. Search elsewhere.
