Lost a weight and took my vehicle in to have my tires rebalanced. After the first attempt I had some improvement but still a slight shake at 60mph. I went back three days later and had them try again. They told me one tire needed an additional weight on the front drivers side. An employee test drove my vehicle and said everything appeared fine after this, however nothing had changed. Went to another shop and they informed me every tire was off a quarter to half ounce and after they rebalanced my tires the shake was gone. When I went back to let the people at mr tire know they had failed to do a simple balancing the tech who had personally test drove my vehicle didn’t show any remorse, nor did he look surprised. He told me only that the manager wasn’t in and he couldn’t handle a refund. He can’t handle balancing a tire, and while I was sitting in the waiting room the second time, the gentleman waiting with me said they had put the wrong oil filter on his vehicle and that’s why he was there. There are many tire shops on this stretch of the road, choose anyone but this one, it’s full of ineptitude and poor service.

I had to come into the City for a Dr. Appt. I live 1 hour away. My brakes were acting funny and I pulled into Mr. Tire. There were two employees working there and the young man at the desk checked out the car and fixed it for me. I highly recommend Mr. Tire on E. Ridge Road.

I recently visited Mr. Tire on East Ridge after getting a flat tire on East Ridge Road while driving my son's very old Jeep. We were planning on getting new tires anyway for it before fall so I decided to take care of the situation now. They said they could take it right in. I realize now I handle the whole transaction with them terribly because I changed my mind a few times and did not communicate properly. I was struggling with a migrane and while this is not an excuse, I still should of just had the tire patched and moved on because I was already impatient and not feeling well. Despite this the staff and in particular the manager at the desk remained calm and professional . The job became an issue because they could not get the one tire off as the lug nuts had seized . The only thing different that I might of asked to have happen is if I could have been updated about the job progress and that it would be a bit longer than anticipated. Although, I am not sure how approachable I was with the way I was feeling so this could of played a factor. I finally got my husband to come in and sit for me and they continued to work on it until it was done. Truly, I feel terrible. Here it is the 4th of July and I had just stopped in. I most likely put them behind in all their other work . Again, they continued to remain professional. They truly went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive experience, and I am grateful for their exceptional service.While I believed I expressed this remorse when I left I hope they realize it was sincere. They made me still feel like a valued customer, and when the job was complete they continued to extend that service to my husband and give him further instructions on other items.Upon intially walking in I overheard a conversation that the manager was having with another customer and it is clear to me that he is working to produce quality results along with the other employees currently working there.Once again, I extend my sincerest apologies to the staff at Mr. Tire for my impatience. Thank you for your outstanding service and for handling my situation with grace. I truly appreciate your commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.

The manager got all of us (myself and about 5 other customers) in and out in a very reasonable time. One of my better visits with you guys. The new manager is personable and has good customer service etiquette. I will be back without hesitation.

My vehicle was overdue for oil maintenance, and it also was in need of tire rotation, balancing and alignment.I had called in to this location the day before I brought my car in, they were able to accommodate me with an appointment the very next day, I appreciated their seemingly open schedule. An employee I spoke with on the phone assured me that my car would only be there for forty minutes and that I'd be able to get a print out sheet showing my alignment as it was when I brought the vehicle in, and as it was when re-calibrated.Online this location had been advertising all of four of these services to be done for a total of 236 USD. I brought my vehicle in at 2:45 PM and then I was told it would take two hours to be finished.When I returned to retrieve my car, only the oil maintenance and the alignment had been done (I was informed that my tire tread was too low for their company's policy to allow a rotation/balance) the total cost for these two measures was 200 USD. I had been told that my fluids were topped off; in fact my windshield fluid was still low.The print out that was given to me was inaccurate in regard to my vehicle's mileage.Adequate service; will not be returning here.

Please be careful. Before I went to Mr Tire my Tire Pressure light worked. It would turn off when filling my tire. Then after they "fixed" my Tire it was broken and no longer switched off when the pressure is properly filled. They failed to mention this to me as I left and when came back said that it was already broken. Be wary, but upon calling they issued a 75 dollar credit for it to be fixed which should cover the sensor. I am pleased at the outcome.
